It was nicely thought out with a good lobby. Bedroom comfortable.

Elevator floors sticky. Could be cleaned. Staff disinterested. One nice young man got me a pillow but no case and never brought me a pillow case. Coffee but available except for a couple of hours. Does not suit international or jet-lagged travelers from Dulles. Staff very young and not interested in travelers/guests or creature comforts. People come here after long flights and can’t get basic things like clean pillows or coffee.

At my arrival in the US I spent the first night here - and as it was a very fine hotel I also stayed there on my was back to Denmark. It´s close to the airport - and there a fine shuttlebusses. I had dinner in the restaurant - also fine - and good wine.

No breakfast - and they got a little insulted when I mentioned that it only was the second time on my three week long tour in the US staying in a lot of hotels that I had no breakfast - the first time was also here in Herndon ! It was as if the were too fine a hotel to serve breakfast.

Nice, clean and efficient hotel close to the airport with a 24-7 airport shuttle. There was a bar/restaurant serving food during the day which was good value and tasty. The rooms were the usual Marriott standard with large beds and the room was generally very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Perhaps the communal lobby areas could have been a little less 'open' and have improved lighting but this is a minor point.

What breakfast are you speaking of? I was understanding that it was included in our room rate. So we go down to the main level, expecting to see a buffet type "continental" breakfast. Not so. There was a Starbucks there, charging huge prices for coffee, muffin and cup of fruit ($19.00). I have looked back in my correspondence and see several instances where it says "breakfast is included". It was one of the main reasons that I chose your hotel. Our flight from France arrived at IAD at 5:00 PM (on time). By then we had been awake for almost 24 hours and knew that we could noy drive home. So stayed with you.

Proximity to Dulles airport, quiet, comfortable, long term parking option with overnight stay

We selected this hotel because it included a free breakfast and airport shuttle. We had an early flight so we missed the breakfast that started at 7AM. Coffee, a granola bar, and a banana would have been an easy thing to offer to anyone needing breakfast before that. The shuttle was running 20-30 minutes behind schedule so we ended up taking an Uber to the airport.

Modern clean and comfortable accommodation. Large rooms and good size bathroom. In house bistro bar adequate but not a large choice. Closes during the afternoon, Leaving a choice of snacks/pot noodle etc. which can be microwaved in the room. Good shuttle service to Dulles airport.

In the middle of a residential area, if you don’t have a car, you are stranded if you wish to eat away from the hotel. Nothing within walking distance!

Really liked the breakfast choices, liked the parking.Loved having extra glassware, very comfortable. Quiet, nice lobby area.

It was a little harder to find because there are 2 Courtyards-Dulles so we went to wrong one first. It would be great to have an extra name that distinguishes the two. Also, tricky trying to avoid tolls because we are from out of town and don't have the tags.

The staff is exceptional. Diana and Valerie are patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about servicing guests and taking care of their needs. They do this all in a very professional manners.

Like most establishments that allow pets, dog odors are present. That’s natural. It’s wonderful that pet owners have places to stay while traveling, but I have allergies and the smell did cause my allergies to flair up.

We only stayed one night for a layover flight so can’t speak to well to this but it was excellent for the one night. Room came with a coffee maker, mini fridge and your very own microwave 🤩 There is even a small restaurant downstairs which worked for us to get a quick bite. Food was excellent but a bit pricey. Had enough for breakfast the next morning at 5 AM though 😏

Hotel was in an area full of other hotels. Not much to see or do within walking distance for one night overnight stayers such as myself.

The location is great, a very clean hotel, friendly staff, the beds are comfortable, the room is quiet, the market located in the lobby is stocked well, and streaming service options are available.

There was nothing I didn't like.
