What breakfast are you speaking of? I was understanding that it was included in our room rate. So we go down to the main level, expecting to see a buffet type "continental" breakfast. Not so. There was a Starbucks there, charging huge prices for coffee, muffin and cup of fruit ($19.00). I have looked back in my correspondence and see several instances where it says "breakfast is included". It was one of the main reasons that I chose your hotel. Our flight from France arrived at IAD at 5:00 PM (on time). By then we had been awake for almost 24 hours and knew that we could noy drive home. So stayed with you.

We only stayed one night for a layover flight so can’t speak to well to this but it was excellent for the one night. Room came with a coffee maker, mini fridge and your very own microwave 🤩 There is even a small restaurant downstairs which worked for us to get a quick bite. Food was excellent but a bit pricey. Had enough for breakfast the next morning at 5 AM though 😏

Hotel was in an area full of other hotels. Not much to see or do within walking distance for one night overnight stayers such as myself.

Location to airport was good.

Lack of nearby restaurants -- couldn't walk to get food anywhere. Hotel Staff allowed a youth hockey team and their families to takeover the entire lobby and restaurant/bar area, even though the group did not order food from restaurant and brought in their own alcoholic beverages. The group was loud and kids were allowed to run around Lobby and elevator area. If I hadn't had to wait in Lobby for 1 1/2 hours for a food delivery - I would not have had to endure it.

Front desk person was welcoming and friendly at midnight. She was smiling and made me feel at home. The shuttle drivers were both efficient and asked questions like they cared about me. Loved the shuttle service especially useful to not have to worry about how I would get to the airport at 6 a.m. Room was super clean. It did not feel sterile it felt like a friend's home.

The table underneath the TV should be moved to the corner of the room so it is easier for guests to move inside of the room without stubble over the chair and table. The refrigerator is not functioning so well. Bottle of Water is so expensive at the lobby store. Most of the hotels give complimentary two bottles of water to each room everyday

The staff is amazing and was willing to help with whatever they could. The hotel location is good with very close proximity to the airport. Property was clean and we had a great time. I have been to this hotel many times and they always take great care of me and my needs

Of course the rooms could be a little cheaper but the quality of the experience makes up for it.

The shuttle to and from the airport, made traveling easier.

Booked and paid for my travel through Booking.com, but hotel charged me a second time for the same amount charging me twice, and I am still working with the hotel to get my money back. I can defiantly say they are not making it easy and are trying to deflect the pay issue to Booking, but the issue is with the hotel.

Close location to the airport as we were overnighting for an early morning connecting flight. Cleanliness of the room and overall comfort made the one night stay enjoyable for my children and I.

Honestly there wasn't anything that I did not like about the hotel. We left early in the morning so did not have time to enjoy breakfast. Next time for sure we will.

Good breakfast, really helpful employees

The airport transfer buses could be better marked on the vehicles as there are a couple of nearby Marriott Hotels. I was left with the impression that the room was used as an overflow room for staff as it wasn't completely clean but I was happy of a room given late night flight cancellation and very long delay at the airport.

The room was clean and well-appointed. I did not sample the breakfast and was disappointed that there were no options nearby for eating in the evenings. Shuttle to the airport was very useful.

Area is very new and still under developement, local map would have been helpful with shops and transport links marked.
