It was convenient. Breakfast was very good on Saturday and just OK on Sunday.

Rooms with pets were beside rooms without. Dogs were barking and disturbing us. I recommend dedicating 1 floor to pets separated from other guests. Housekeeping did not service our room in between nights.

Very happy with our stay here, breakfast was good plenty of room so it was never crowded during breakfast. The pool area was also very clean and open that was a big plus. The beds were comfortable and the size of the room was good.

The hotel is not really close to alot of attractions, restaurants, or shopping. But it is also not a far drive from all the mentioned above. We don't mind driving and exploring so it was not a huge downside.

The property was very clean, the lady at the front desk was very nice & even texted me during my stay to see if we needed anything. The check in & check out process was less than 2 mins. They also had a great free breakfast every morning.

The only negative thing I can say is the thermostat made loud clicking noises when the air would cut on & the air wouldn’t go below 70.

The property was clean and comfortable. We found the property to be very quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast was lacking fresh fruit and had eggs that were cooked ahead of time and reheated. Prior experience at Hampton Inns had eggs that were cooked at the hotel. The whipped cream was a nice addition to the make your own waffles.

It’s close proximity to Dulles International Airport The Room was big and clean Having a free bus shuttle to & from the airport I liked the bus driver (the old middle eastern guy), he was polite and friendly

The breakfast tea types, all were flavored, no simple plan/normal tea such as English breakfast tea

The staff was so very accommodating. We arrived late and ate take out. They provided us utensils and salt and pepper. Early flight,so could not enjoy breakfast. Was disappointed to learn we now have to pay for long term parking despite staying at the Inn before and after traveling

The location, free breakfast, kind and caring staff and amenities is what keeps me coming back time and time again to this hotel. The rooms are always clean, well stocked, and spacious. The staff is always there to help with anything you need.

Pool could have been warmer. It is an indoor pool but was very cold. My 18 month old loves swimming and he could only stay in a couple minutes before shivering. My previous experience with this hotel and this pool have not been like this. Previous trips the pool has been perfect temperature.

Room size and cleanliness.

Front desk communications need improvement. At check-in we requested housekeeping, front desk duly recorded it, and the next day there was no service until we asked why no one had shown up. Same issue with the hotel shuttle service: front desk provided information on the schedule, advised that they would inform when the shuttle was ready to leave, and then forgot about it. This needlessly wasted a few hours. Breakfast is typical for many hotels and not good quality. One day there was no choice of meatless protein (ham in the eggs; sausages).

My wife traveled alone with our toddler daughter from the other side of the world. After a long trip, they didn't want to drive to their final destination and needed to rest and recuperate from the long trip (20+ hours). As a mom traveling alone with our daughter, she wanted a clean and secure place near the airport. The hotel staff was super and the space was comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I originally booked a whirlpool room. Unfortunately, it wasn't available by the time I checked in (1:00 PM EST). I was in a rush to do errands, so I had to take the standard available.
