Unprepossessing box of an exterior but v. nice nice large room with two queen beds & full kitchen (microwave, fridge, silverware, plates, dish towel, etc, even toaster). Stayed 3 nights. A block away from Trader Joes, Home Goods, Dollar Store, Premium Outlets. Close to George Marshall home & Morven Park. Special shout out to receptionist Maria, welcoming, friendly. 24/7 coffee/tea station. Only negative was the breakfast: lots of sugar filled options, not enough fresh fruit, only cut strawberries, lukewarm omelette that tasted like styrofoam.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, toaster. It has a small pool and hot tub and a gym which have long opening hours. The breakfast was self service but had a good choice of food. Hot drinks are free in the lobby and there is a good selection of groceries available at Reception. However the staff are this hotel’s jewel in the crown. Maria on Reception was so helpful and friendly. From welcome bottles of water to late check outs. She was always polite and caring and really looked after us. It is so refreshing to see someone use their initiative and problem solve rather than the usual ‘ computer says no’ response we have found in the past at other hotels. The price was exceptionally reasonable too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. The only slight problem was location. It is a brand new hotel and we did not have a car. The Uber drivers had a little trouble finding it on their pick up point and kept asking us to meet them at a point further away but once we explained it was fine. You can see the hotel clearly from the main road. Again if you have a car there is no problem but because of the main highway in the way we were slightly limited to places to eat within walking distance. However this is a very small issue and it certainly would not stop us staying here again. Also it would be helpful to have a kettle in the room to save having to go downstairs to get hot drinks ( there was a small coffee machine in the room ) but being British we needed our tea!

Very short trip, we arrived around 1230am but I had called earlier in the evening to let the front desk know we would be checking in late. Super friendly & kind front office. They had an assortment of items for purchase up front as well, but we were not aware of any breakfast available to us that day. We actually went off site after checking out since it didn't cross my mind. Comfortable beds, clean room. It seems to be close to everything but we were only there for an event the night prior but the town seems lovely. Would stay again!!

Very clean! My boyfriend and I are the type of people who normally clean a hotel room the first night of our stay. It was very nIce not to feel like we had to do that, it had been cleaned well before we arrived. A+ for the shower as well, nice water pressure and temperature that seemed to maintain throughout. I would not hesitate to stay here again when back in the area.

I could nitpick the room based on personal preferences but overall this was a great room that met all of our needs.

The staff was so incredibly sweet and attentive. From blessing us with a giftcard for my sons birthday to giving our pup dog treats and toys, extra pillows when we needed them... just so gracious! This place was squeeky clean and absolutely comfortable. Normally I dont sleep well in hotels but slept like a baby... the bed was so comfy :) The firepit was a fun hit to relax in the evening.... The pool was a hit for my children and was warm and they enjoyed their play time...and the hot tub was one of the best ever. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Waffles with fresh berries, sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits, yogurts danishes oatmeal bar and even more. It was absolutely delicious! And such a huge variety so everyone had something they enjoyed. We already booked our next trip and can't wait to visit again soon.

Absolutely nothing! This place completely exceeded any expectation I could ever have had!

Newer hotel. Clean. Good breakfast options. Friendly staff. Next to many shopping areas. Convenient to Historic Downtown Leesburg.

Hotel appeared to had over sold/over booked and friends that we booked with for a wedding had their reservation cancelled by the hotel. Staff said it must have been a glitch. Our friends never cancelled as they booked when we did nor did they have cancellation email from hotel. They were left to find another hotel with no notice on a very busy wedding weekend. That was disappointing but, poop happens.

Starting with the welcome, which was warm, friendly and genuine (Rayan) the whole stay was an excellent example of how to do customer service right. Room was a good size, included breakfast was great and location near to historic towns or shopping outlooks would suit many different people. Wish I’d booked longer, don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed

Location was perfect for my needs that involved several events in Leesburg. Staff was very cordial and helpful. I became ill, had to stay an unscheduled extra day and the staff accommodated my needs with no problems,

Accommodations were fine, but microfiber sheets made bedding uncomfortable.

The only thing to improve is the breakfast in the morning. More healthy options would be great. All cereals / yoghurts / breads were full of sugar.

The location is very nice, and also the staff is excellent.

I came during cold weather, and it caused some health problems while I was staying there.
