clean, bright, friendly, good location

Called Front Desk to request fresh towels/wash clothes on the 2nd day of stay, however never received them. on 3rd day, attempted several times for the same fresh towels/wash clothes and no one would pickup front desk or care service line. Never did receive fresh towels the entire 3 days of my stay.

Nice hotel with very comfy bed. Mostly everything was clean & well maintained. I liked the quiet area the hotel is situated in. Close to the IAD airport and the data centers in the area.

Breakfast was boring, every morning exactly the same without any difference. But overall okay.

Staff is really nice. Especially help me with a complicated situation with my family, that caused me to have to leave abruptly. They were very kind in my time of need. The restaurant that just opened back up. The bar was open a bit pricey. Cool bartender that are really nice and the drinks were pretty good. Food wasn't too bad either.

It's a little dark in the hallways even in the lobby. The lighting in the room was a little dim but fine.

Staff was very accommodating in getting us into a room ahead of scheduled checkin time. Our original king room was not ready, so they gave us a queen on the executive floor while honoring the booking rate quoted. The included breakfast bar far surpassed most buffets experienced when traveling. Breakfast staff was very welcoming. Delightful stay with wonderful bedding!

Great price for quality accommodations.

This is the place that you want to be at after a long trip. The staff is an instant family, makes you feel like you’re the only guest there, you won’t see a frown here, the room is clean, the bed is the most comfortable one of all the hotel beds I slept in so far, the shuttle service is impeccable…excellent hotel and the service ❤️

fire alarm at 11:30 pm when we had a softball game first thing the next morning and the gentleman that checked us in didn’t tell us we had to swipe our card to get to our floor, so it took us quite a while to try and figure out why the elevator wouldn’t take us the whole way up to the 6th floor

Room was perfect size. Location was good as well.

The TV in the Bistro was on the news constantly. Yuck.

Everything was spotless and the staff was very accommodating. Also, everything you need is in the surrounding area.

I am a loyal fan of DoubleTree. Had this stay not been during COVID, I'm sure things would have been much better. I wanted to use the LAN internet connection but it was not working in my room. I look forward to DoubleTree breakfast and it used to make me smile to see the cookie. There were neither.

I did not like the fact that COVID had changed the breakfast process and that there was no longer a cookie.

The property was clean and the installations were well distributed.

The pool needed maintenance as the heater wasn’t working.
