Good location, free parking. The hotel is located next to very cool entertainment district. There's probably a dozen craft breweries and beer bars within a 10 minute walk and a bunch of good restaurants. Very surprising and a great 'extra' while staying at the property. Downtown Richmond was probably a 15-minute drive. Easy access to Civil War Museum and other historic sites.

Stayed there while atending a wedding. An after party get together was suposed to be in the lobby bar, but it closed at 10pm on a Friday nght. Too early for any bar to cloase. Packaged goods options weren't any good.

The location was awesome! Very close to the highway without all the noise. Very close to "Scotts Addition" - breweries, restaurants, and more. We loved the Bistro inside the hotel for breakfast and evening cocktails!

Website needs to be updated to include $12 per day parking fee.

Parking and signage was a problem. We literally drove around the property several times and parked in a lot down the street as we had no idea where to park. Better signage would be really helpful.

Liked the location and the room. Parking is challenging but overall it was a good experience.

I could have sworn it said parking was free when we booked the hotel. That is one of the reasons we chose this hotel over the downtown hotels. But we were charged for parking. It was far less than other hotels but still a surprise.

YNice location and very nice room. It was spacious and clean.

Shampoo dispenser was empty and could not get any from staff after calling down to the front desk and asking the Cleaning staff. Also needed to call the front desk various times to find out Internet code and what time check out. None of this information was in the room.

Friendly staff. Spacious hotel room. Lobby bar and great outdoor space. Comfortable beds.

Towel had a stain. No body wash in the bath had to ask for a new bottle. House keeping never checked if we need more towels or anything for the room.

The location was great, it was within 15 minutes to a half hour of things we wanted to do. The staff was friendly. Everything smelled and looked clean.Easy check in on phone.

Location was great for what we were there for. Parking was tight in the actual parking spots but they had a parking area across the street. That was great for our truck. Room was nicely furnished clean. Enjoyed our stay.

I kept getting complaints about noise we weren't making. it was an adult party in the room right above us. we got a call to the room after 1am and had someone come to our door after that only to find out it wasn't us.

Very clean and comfortable. Great motion night lights. lobby has media pods and Starbucks coffee

no amenities in room, e.g., q-tips, make -up remover. No Richmond Magazine, (what’s happening in Richmond directory). Charge for parking.
