The hotel was very nice. Very good lighting in my room and bathroom. I appreciated having ice and vending machines on my floor in addition to the snack options at the front down. Good location to downtown Richmond. I really enjoyed the hot tub beside the pool. Enjoyed the tall windows and high ceilings in my room

A breakfast option would have been nice. Valet parking was $40 a day, but the parking lot across from the hotel was only $20 a day.

The property was easy to find and the valets were very polite. Front desk was straight to the point but it seems there was a prom there so maybe a little stressful.

There were rips and tears to some of the walls. The rug heading toward elevators showed some signs of wear. The bathroom for could use some slight repairs.

The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms seem recently renovated. It's a very large hotel, so you may have to walk a lot till you reach the room. Great breakfast which includes waffles that the kids loved. There was a misunderstanding with our rate which was supposed to include breakfast, but the Hotel promptly recognized it and fixed it.

The size of the hotel may imply a long walk with bags if you are staying in one of the extremities. The parking valet seems expensive, considering there is a public parking literally in the front of the hotel. We only stood for one night but it seems that there is still no service in the room during your multiday staying unless you order it. It's hard to believe a chain such as Hilton, keeping this option.

Fitness centre was great to be able to get a quick workout in during my stay. Room was so comfortable and clean! Staff were exceptional, so friendly. When I’m in next in Richmond, I will be staying here again! Really felt like home away from home.

The price of breakfast and dinner. I think breakfast should’ve been a little bit cheaper for a full buffet.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful Italian restaurant. Great bar with live music in the lobby. Super comfy beds and excellent, quick service when we needed more pillows.

Our only gripe was our electric car was never charged after being assured it would be.

The valet parking service was excellent, check in was quick and easy and the bell hop service was also very good. We had booked a room on the executive floor and had access to the executive lounge where the breakfast was limited. There is an excellent Italian restaurant that has an access door from the hotel although administratively it is not part of the hotel. We haf booked an RVA tuk tuk tour the next morning and there was no problem about checking out an hour later than the usual check out time. The room was a good size and the shower was very good. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The continental breakfast was excellent, the staff was really nice, it was dog friendly, and the location was good.

I did not like that. The electric car charging could only be accessed with the valet and when you contacted the hotel, no one seemed to know much about it.

It was central located to most things. The bed was comfortable. The staff greeted me with a positive attitude every time I saw them.

I found out when I got to the hotel, I had to pay $50 a night for a security deposit. The bathroom floor was a little dirty.

Room and bathroom was very clean. The beds were very comfortable . The only thing was the closet door didn’t close smoothly, had a hard time closing the door.

The closest door was hard to close, stuck on the track.

Almost everything, especially the location, which was around the corner, and across the street from the concert venue I was attending. It was even more easily accessed through the rear of the hotel. I'm so glad the person at the front desk told me how to get there!

The food left something to be desired. Both the buffet and room service was lukewarm. When it came to the room itself, the entrance door was too heavy and the toilet was too low.
