We had a lovely stay for an athletic tournament at the convention center. the staff and valet were pleasant and helpful. definitely well trained in the principles of hospitality. the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the fitness center but didn't see any water available post-workout.

Knowing the hotel was booked for the tournament, i would have expected them to staff up, set up extra tables for check in. When i arrived at 8pm on Thursday night after an 8 hour drive, we waited another HOUR on line in the lobby just to check in to our room. The next morning, we ordered down for starbucks and waited an HOUR for it to be ready. Knowing you are fully booked allows you to plan for extra demand so i'm not sure why this wasn't managed more effectively.

We liked Starbucks. I liked that I could walk to the Convention Center. We liked the comfort of the bed.

Staff including Valets could have been better with directions when asked about stores nearby and directions for highway/city travel. We were not able to get the room warm enough. The thermostat read room temperature 80 but the room was cold. We tried to reset the temp but nothing happened. The snacks near the registration desk were extremely expensive.

Friendly staff, with good problem solving skills. Delicious food and good quality wine from the catering side. Warm and comfortable beds with high quality linens. Good water pressure in the shower.

The shuttle within two miles of the hotel is good, but would appreciate if it operated a little later into the night, say 9:00 pm, to allow transportation back to the hotel from dinner.

The atmosphere was great. The location was quick to downtown really within walking distance. The view from our room was nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the decor was beautiful. the barn door in the bathroom gave me inspiration for our home.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly. Since we were there for one night we didn't notice until everyone started brushing their teeth in the morning and washing their faces. At that point, it was too late to call maintenance. Just something to look into. The parking garage was reasonably priced if you didn't leave every time we left it was another fee.

Hotel and Valet staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful. The whole family enjoyed the breakfast service and the hotel was so convenient to the event we were attending.

We had no issues or dislikes. The entire stay exceeded our expectations. Will stay here again if spending time in Richmond.

The rooms were the best part. Spacious bed. Great shower. And nice TV. Thought the lights above the bed were a nice touch too. Bed was really comfortable.

It’s not the greatest of areas but not much the hotel can do about that. It was awesome how close it was to The National. The restaurant there was good but not great. No real complaints.

Excellent location according our requirements... Our event place is next to the hotel. Additional the access to restaurants out of the hotel is good.

I had to request for room service clean, my stay was long and in third day, they didn't go to clean my room

property was upscale. super nice inside and out. room was super clean and comfortable. walking distance to the national theater where we were seeing a show. Starbucks and a restaurant right inside the lobby. staff is amazing and super friendly. the valet service was exceptional. we will most definitely stay there again.

found a pillow in the closet that was meant for the sleeper sofa that had no pillow case and it had old blood stains on it. the air vent in the bathroom did not work.

The location is great. Plenty of options for food and fun are a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy.

There is no breakfast provided. Some furniture and carpet in common areas appeared dingy.

Don’t get breakfast there!! Slow & service was poor! My eggs were cold, toast served dry had to ask for butter or jam & server acted like I was asking for the moon!! Then added things on my bill I did not order … get breakfast elsewhere!!
