The property now has a bar-a pleasant addition since my last visit pre-COVID. It was clean, in an excellent location adjacent to shopping and restaurants, and an excellent value for the money. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful when we needed updated room keys and extra towels. Minus not having a breakfast meat I preferred (I’m not a fan of sausage/sausage gravy) the breakfast offerings were good.

We departed our room at about 10:30am (due to the theme park we visited not opening until 11am)and removed the do not disturb sign so we could get fresh towels and our room serviced by housekeeping. Apparently we left too late as our room was uncleaned when we returned around 6pm. The front desk was able to accommodate us with some extra towels upon request.

1. Bed was great. 2. Staff people were friendly. 3. Everything was clean. 4. Breakfast was good. 5. Price made stay a good value. 6. Location is convenient for us.

1. Pet-friendly rooms are only on the 5th floor. 2. I requested a room near the elevator but was given one very far away. 3. There were only a few carts available for luggage. When checking out, my wife and I (both 75) had to make several long trips to our car with our bags and two dogs.

the Staff were absolutely excellent. especially the lady at front desk who worked evenings. I think until 11 pm. as well as the housekeeping ind breakfast staff. just very helpful and kind!!! The only downfalls was the pool being worked on as it was something we really looked forward to and the locations excellent IF YOU HAVE a car which I did not for 2 days so was stuck in room. luckily the mattress was VERY a comfortable. otherwise I think it’s the staff I had interaction with that was the best part of hotel!

I needed a car , the pool was under maintenance which had I known I prob would of gone elsewhere as I looked forward to pool.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the view from our room was spectacular!

The only thing I did not care for was the parking situation. For a regular size passenger car it is not bad however for anyone with a large SUV or bigger, or a truck and boat, the parking is extremely tight! Did not care for the parking garage not having any access to the main lobby!

Hotel is very conveniently located. You are close to lots of shopping and restaurant options in a very beautiful part of the RVA. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. I didn't eat the breakfast, but my boyfriend did and he didn't complain about it. Fitness room was okay, a rack of free weights would've been nice. Excellent option for the price!!

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS SUPER!! MICHELE AND MANNY WERE PERFECT IN PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BOTH WERE PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. LOCATION IS IDEALLY SUITABLE FOR PEACE, COMFORT AND QUIET. I HATED TO LEAVE. VERY CLEAN!! HOUSEKEEPERS ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!

Breakfast was ok. I spent more time @ another hotel because no pets. Was in the hotel and dog try to attack my family. Dog smell urine and hair in I the hotel room. Dogs unleashed and share bed and carpet with visitors I hear a lot of complaints. I strongly believe dogs belongs at their house not a hotel.

Well I am continuing from above I don’t like the fact hotel allows dog in hotel. Disrespect for children and elderly. Allergic reaction to dog hair causes people can’t come to hotel. It’s not appropriate to bring the dog into breakfast while you eating. Dogs belongs at home in kennels that’s why they nomads them while people travel.I just feels it’s no respect for other people.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The beds were some of the best I’ve had and the pillows as well.

We both had to visit the front desk to get new key cards because they quit working after a few swipes. The toaster was kept at a setting of “2” with a big sign saying to keep it at that setting. it wasn’t high enough to toast anything. It’s a little dated, too.
