The location near shopping and dining was great!

The fact that they give you one parking permit per unit and all additional vehicles have to in Overflow.. That policy is fine with me however, there were several vehicles that did not have parking passes in the dash parked in front of our assigned unit.. when I called the front desk to report that we did not have anywhere to park near out unit, we were told by front desk there is nothing we can do about it. My question was, what is the point of having parking passes if you’re not going to adhere to the policy.

Loved almost everything and the cheese class.. the family movie night. The pools were amazing for the kids. Adult hot tubs were lovely at the right times. The ice cream social was great. STAFF WERE SO NICE AND we had an issue with our room and maintenance came in 6 mins and 37 seconds (yes I timed it). It was a AWESOME STAY....

Arcade and DVD options weren't the best. Suggestions-Get 2 updated games for kids and have people donate dvds to your library for children to watch.. trust me... I do marketing & PR. Gym wasn't the best only before they need to have weights in the gym.... and last thing was. LITTLE KIDS all in the hot tub after 8p.. like 4 year Olds and such and no staff in sight... so they don't want to listen and ruined our time in the hot tub... tbh and hot tubs should be 18 or older... the 16 year Olds were splashy and childish too and they brought a bunch of younger siblings in their with them... late at night after 8p when staffing wasn't as high.

I love the place being clean and in a nice area. The unit was a home away from home setting. Housekeeping did a great job preparing for our stay. Thank you so much! Check in was quick and we didn't have to wait for hours on end for a unit. We got a unit when we arrived.

I didn't like being disturbed by maintenance in the morning. They needed to do cable repairs and we were not notified about this in advance. The gentleman named Isaac, apologized numerous times for what the front office should have done. As we were leaving a notice was left in the hallway in front of our door about repairs.

The location was close to everything. The pool was nice. The price for the length of stay was about average. Staff seemed friendly.

Carpet was old and most hallways smelled going to and from the room. Towels and cleaning cost extra during the week unlike every other place I've stayed at. Needed a key card to access the pool but required you to use one time use arm bands and charged money to replace them. To many buildings and not nearly enough parking and overflow was no where near where I was. Drier kept cutting off mid cycle. The pillows felt like bricks and the comforter/sheet set didn't seem to fit the bed correctly.

We liked the location with attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and lots of shopping close by. It's nice to have a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with a family.

Every time I wanted to sit on the balcony, someone nearby was smoking so I wasn't able to enjoy that feature. We were hoping the second bedroom would have 2 beds for our 2 adult children, but one had to sleep on the pull out which is never comfortable. The last couple nights there was a family with VERY energetic small children above us that RAN, jumped and screamed well past 11 p.m. and then up and down the stairs during the day. I know you really don't have control of others' behavior, but maybe put families with children away from adults trying to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The pool area was very fun for the kids. The bathrooms in the 2 br condo we stayed in were very large. We lucked out with a great location as well near the playground.

Parking spots should be labeled so that each condo knows where they should be parking. The dishwasher was not screwed in properly, and screw was in the way of the door closing. My husband had to screw it back in so we could use the dishwasher. I also found a piece of fake nail in the bedroom when we walked in. We loved being on the first floor, but didn't like the shared laundry that came with it.

Location was close to every where we wanted to go. Grounds were nice, swimming areas great, kids loved it. Condo itself was roomy and we'll set up but living room furniture was uncomfortable for sitting.

Each condo needs assigned parking. There is supposed to be one spot pet condo but twice when we came back from Busch Gardens they was no spots. We had 3 small children and dropped them off at condo while my son went to over flow. We I my brought one SUV. There was also a van parked on grassy area. More towels , only 4 sets but had 7 people.

The indoor pool was great, although sometimes crowded and people weren't watching their kids. Outdoor pool was closed for the season and is under renovation of some sort. Fitness room was nice, but limited options for upper body. Everything was very clean! Room was spacious and nice. Not the decor I would choose, but nicely done. The mattress wasn't the most comfy and probably needs to be replaced - was a bit of a hammock. Bathrooms were very nice. Porch furniture was completely covered in pollen, so we could not use it. That was my only true complaint. Location is wonderful!

Balcony furniture would have been cleaned; mattresses worn and uncomfortable.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for the 2 couples (I believe the sofa was a pull-out so the space could accommodate up to 6 people). The rooms were well separated which allowed for a good deal of privacy and each had its own ensuite bath. The master (king bed) had a huge walk-in shower and the other bed (queen) had a large soaker tub. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen with a large table for meals. Modern appliances and everything you would need for meal prep. (If you are a coffee drinker, there is a large 12-cup drip maker and provided are two 4-cup packets of coffee pods - 1 regular/1 decaf. We brought our own coffee but forgot to bring filters. Luckily someone staying there prior left a few behind so we were ok. If you are bringing your own coffee, don't forget your filters.) Living area had a comfortable sofa and 2 side chairs. Living room and each bedroom had it's own TV setup. Area was very quiet. Parking for 1 car right in front of unit, overflow parking a short distance away for additional vehicles. Colonial Williamsburg village was an easy 10-15 minute drive away. Will definitely return the next time we are in Williamsburg traveling with family.

A little disappointed that the outdoor pool was still closed. Weather of late has been certainly warm enough for outdoor pool usage. There is an indoor pool but we much prefer to be outdoors in good weather. There was a brief mention at check-in about time-share opportunities but as soon as we indicated we were not interested, there was no pressure applied.

Great location. About 10 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg, 15 minutes to Jamestown and Busch Gardens. The indoor pool was fun for the kids. The unit itself was spacious and clean. The bathrooms are huge! The kitchen came stocked with dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels, a sponge, dish towels, and coffee supplies. There was even a teapot which made me happy 😃 Having in unit laundry is always a plus- there was even a laundry basket.

The beds aren’t that comfortable. The pillows are even worse. It was doable for the 3 nights we were there though.
