Loved the split comforters and bed was comfy. Room & property were clean and we love that pets can stay with you (for an additional fee). Location was perfect for what we needed and all of the staff we interacted with seemed to genuinely like their jobs. Special thanks to Karin and William :)

Not a fan of the amenities fee...while it's great to get two drink vouchers and a water bottle to take home with you, not everyone wants these kinds of things & it just adds to the cost of the room. Would be better to offer an amenities package for guests who want one. Also not a fan of the bathroom barn door...it's cute, but not great for privacy. The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim as well.

The room and the lobby were funky and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent.

Booking.com did not make it obvious that the hotel would charge an extra $25/night for "amenities". Given an issue with our television turning itself on in the middle of the night, the hotel staff reversed these charges for two out of three nights. Still, while the amenities are nice as options, they should not be a mandatory add-on. The fee is a part of the nightly charge, and should be reflected in the nightly price. Additionally, the staff were very good but there weren't quite enough of them. This led to 5-10 minute waits to interact with front-desk staff, which was less than ideal.

A funky, artsy and unique hotel located in Belltown and 1/2 mile walk to family we were visiting. The room was very cute and the bed was comfortable. It is also an easy walk to many different types of restaurants, wonderful shopping and Pike Place Market. The staff members were very outgoing and helpful. The lobby was cozy, welcoming and friendly with lots of comfortable seating, activities and games, and a coffee bar with a barista and baked goods. We also really loved the filtered and sparkling water dispenser for filling our water bottles daily.

Parking can be challenging if you don’t want to pay for garage parking. And we didn’t care for the weird bedding set up. We prefer a traditionally made up bed; fitted and top sheets with a comforter sized to the bed.

Everyone at the front desk was wonderful! They were accommodating of our early arrival and late departure. We arrived around noon on the first day of our trip and our room was ready for us! The hotel is centrally located between Pikes Place Market and Seattle Center, which was ideal! It was about a 10 minute walk to either location. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The shower tended to spill out on to the bathroom floor. Not a huge deal or a huge puddle, just a slight inconvenience. I didn’t realize there was a convenience charge for the wifi, coffee, water, and other small perks. Not that it really would have made a difference. The bar/restaurant was not operational.

We liked the small thoughtful amenities - free welcome drink, refillable water station with free reusable water bottle in room, 2 duvets on our queen bed (great for couples - no sharing covers!), and dog treats at the front desk. William at the front desk was absolutely amazing, so welcoming and gave us great recommendations of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our one night in Seattle so much more going to the places he suggested!

Parking lot was super cramped and hard to maneuver in, plus pricey. But not surprising for any major city, and we were thankful they at least had accessible parking.

- overrated bedding. It was impractical that each person had their own duvet which in theory sounds nice but the heavy weighting caused it to fall off the bed - room small and for the price would have expected a ductless unit as opposed to wall unit - be vigilant if walking more than a block away as homelessness, crime and urine stench is excessive. - I know Seattle is expensive but overpriced considering the negatives stated

Location was excellent! Close to coffee shops, restaurants, public transportation, attractions, and there was a shuttle to the cruise terminal with a very affordable fare. We loved the bed! Best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Nice whimsical little touches like the toilet paper wrapped like a pineapple, the pineapple charger, the complimentary water bottle. Finally, terrific staff! They were personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Nothing major off the top of my head. I’d say the bathroom door could be adjusted so it closes properly. There’s a slight gap and water is splashing out

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as the friendly Amara at the front desk. She made us feel right at home and was so sweet and caring toward our four-legged baby. She was so sweet and would go out of her way just to greet us and ask us how we were doing. Very Pet friendly hotel and a definite recommendation for all traveling to Seattle with a pet. ALSO! The location is amazing. You are a close walk to all the major sights of Seattle and a quick Scooter ride away from Capitol Hill. Restaurants are a small ways away from the hotel after a certain hour but not too bad of a distance.

Not a dislike but we noticed that there are areas where a cafe or a bar/kitchen would operate and having those would be beneficial after a long day or an early morning flight. However, we understand that without the proper staff or licenses, that these cannot operate.

Felt more like a community than a hotel. Staff was very warm, especially loved our chats with Samantha. They offer a complimentary beverage which you can enjoy while playing different games down in the lobby. Our room was so comfortable I'm obsessed with the European style duvet and the oh so soft robes. I love their touch on a complimentary water bottle. They have a water bar, umbrellas to borrow and bikes to rent. It really felt like a home away from home, I wish we stayed longer! Will definitely come back next time I'm in Seattle.

Samson at front desk was excellent, very accommodating helpful with local directions and friendly...5 stars for him! Decore and concept was very cool, games etc in lobby and complimentary beverages on arrival are a great idea💡 Appreciated secure parking, 42 bucks per day a little high but still worth it for the peace of mind Bathroom was good, liked choice of products in dispensers Despite the noise liked the big open windows for fresh air Liked the pineapple multi port USB device on night stand, how can we get one?

Minor details, but details are important... Ordered 2 bottles of Pino for room in advance, only recieved one but were billed for two, the one we recieved was not Pino and not very good quality for the price we were billed Shower door needs new seal, leaks and made floor slippery Odor in hallway, maybe carpets need cleaning Little noisy location, especially since we like windows open, but still slept well Despite the minor details we enjoyed our stay and would stay again... Cheers!
