The washer and dryer uses an app you have to download, add funds and use.this was easy to install, and it worked great.you can keep track of the status in room really liked the app. The problem is it's the only time I've seen this kinda machine and haven't found anything else to use balance on.

The older room floor shows wear, not too bad. The coffee machine was broke at breakfast, so no coffee (I would have gotten some instant, so there would be something. In the room the small coffe maker was missing the basket,also hair dryer was missing.

The employees were very polite and always said hello. The concierge AJ helped make the experience simple, as well as recommended us good places to eat and tourist attractions. He also helped us cancel a day we overbooked for a full refund. The facilities were in decent shape.

The rooms were a little rundown and could use some TLC. Everything in our room worked, but some furniture was in rough shape. The hotel is noisy from the freeway.

The concierge was absolutely exceptional. She was very courteous and professional.

The shuttle was very late and the driver didn’t say two words to me or really acknowledge me as a person aside from taking my luggage to put it in the back. I said hello and no reaction.

The staff was wonderful they went above an beyond to help me several times with questions an fixing things like the tv after power went out from wind storm an with direction’s an how to operate the smart laundry machines etc . Just them being so nice I would definitely return

Tthe hotel is great and clean The front desk work his name is A.J Amazing very friendly and helpful and breakfast in good I was comfortable to stay the hotel for 3 days God bless

Friendliness of staff & early available check-in. Excellent location!! Love the staff!!

No hot water sometimes, just stays cold. Multiple rooms missing light bulbs in lamps. Curtains on windows not secure and fall down, exposing you 2 the public. Heat & AC not operable in some rooms.

The staff are very friendly & accommodating. The AC was a relief from the hot weather & the beds were very comfortable. It is a bargain motel chain, so we weren't expecting anything luxurious.

The pool was either really really warm, too warm for he kids to go swimming comfortably or the hot tub was constantly out of order.

Everything receptionist was nice room was nice right out in front of the pool great selection for breakfast airport shuttle convenient bed bedding and pillows amazingly comfortable ❤️

Mattresses were a good firmness and staff at breakfast were helpful in having an alternate option foe our toddler. Check in was quick and easy.

As a girls soccer team was staying at the same hotel, I asked to be away from them. Though staff tried to accommodate, giving me the choice between the girls team and 2 infants nearby, I chose the former. I was happy that they tried. Very clean premises!
