Hotel was in a great spot, close to lots of placed to eat and away from major interstates so it is quiet. Pool was big and clean just wear and tear on the finish. Hot tub was large enough for atleast 8 people, it was VERY hot compared to other places. Staff were all very friendly.

Breakfast wasn't anything special, they have a waffle machine, coffee machine, muffins, cereal and yogurt. Nothing really for protein or fruits some hard boiled eggs would be ad added bonus. Shower had stains in the floor pan and some mildew build up in the corners. The pillows were not the softest. Room was small but enough space to keep everything. Fridge doesn't have a freezer option. A/c unit had to run constant to keep the room cool enough for comfortable sleeping.

The hotel and my room were very clean. The check-in staff member was friendly and very helpful. There was plenty of parking close to the building. Pool area was clean and maintained with plenty of towels for use. The building itself, and the décor appeared well-maintained and updated.

The facility is non smoking but the smell of marijuana permeated the hallway from a nearby guest across the hall. The towels in bathroom was small and floor towel/mat was threadbare. Only 2 of these were provided for two people, and were not of adequate size to be as useful as desired.

The location was great… close to dining, gas & shopping and right off the highway. The food was ok for a continental breakfast. The pool & hot tub were excellent! Nice & clean and available during good hours. My granddaughter and I were able to swim the afternoon we arrived and also in the morning before we left. The staff was friendly & accommodating.

The bathroom floor was a little dirty and there was trash behind the door & a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. Otherwise it was all nice & clean.

Everything was clean and fresh. The bedding was clean,fresh and comfortable. The room was clean and fresh, the towels were clean and fresh.Theres a mini refrigerator and a microwave in the room.The dining area was clean and fresh.They make very good coffee and it's always available, as well as the cereal,yogurt and apples. The employees were curious, friendly and helpful. At night it was quite and peaceful

Room was comfortable. We booked last minute on our trip to Myrtle and this hotel was extremely accommodating for our arrival at 2am. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Most of the staff was extremely nice and the room was definitely clean. Great location (right near Tamarack).

Breakfast was fairly lacking. They only had oatmeal, one type of cereal, and a few pastries. Coffee was available but no tea and creamer was not to be found. We went down late for breakfast and had to ask for them to refill the milk as it was out from previous travelers. One of the staff members stared a little creepily during breakfast but the one who replaced him was extremely nice.

Didn’t make it to breakfast (slept in); so can’t speak to that. Staff was friendly. Check in/out was easy. Room was small, but clean & attractive; and met my needs. Bed was very comfortable. Good location as it was right along the interstate and not far off the exit. Near plenty of restaurants. Price point was right in the middle as compared to other hotels in the immediate area.

Elevator function was slow and noisy in a way that made me nervous, so I took the stairs after riding it once. Would have liked an informational TV/channel guide, area guide, and hotel guide in the room. Would have liked check out to be at noon as opposed to 11am. Maybe a hook on the back of bathroom door. Wasn’t a really good place to hang some things up (like a dress or a suit).

Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful! They must have been the Owners or Management. You could tell they have a true concern, commitment and Pride in the comfort of their Guests and the Presentation of the Hotel and the Breakfast Area. I must admit, I was surprisingly impressed. The Room was VERY small, but that was all we needed. I guess that suits it for the name Micro... but it was neat, clean and looks like it may have been recently renovated. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

No complaints! The only issue we had was with the keys not working more than one use, but they were quick to correct and re-issue new ones.

Everything!!! The people in charge of the front desk were very helpful from my arrival until my departure from the hotel, the best of all was the service that Andrea gave us, a very helpful and special woman, having helped me wash my clothes after my Spartan race was unforgettable !! My next time in West Virginia would undoubtedly be at Microtel Inn just to see her again!!! Infinite thanks

I arrived at night and I liked that the parking was well lit. So I felt safe. Check in was smooth. Receptionist was friendly.. room was clean and comfy. My husband and I just needed some shut eye for our long drive so it worked well for our needs. We left very early so we didn't get to see breakfast. But all in all a great stay. Right next to highway so good for a road trip.

The pillows were thin. I think that was all. I wish the pillows were puffy and firmer. They were just small I had to fold mine.

The breakfast choices were less than most hotels but the coffee was good and the food choice was enough to get our day started, cereal, muffin, yogurt, or waffle. The restaurant next door was excellent and a short walk. The cleanliness of this hotel is outstanding.

A few more breakfast food choices would have been nice but what was available was appreciated.
