Everything but most of all, the fact that they allow our service dog without a lot of questions unlike other hotels we’ve been to. And the front manager gave us a free night because of some miscommunication. We thought it was very kind of her. Because of this, we stayed in the same hotel chain in another state but nothing compared to this location! Exceptionally clean and the way they serve breakfast how it was already wrapped I thought was ingenius and super sanitary! It should be done in other locations I suggest.:-)

We love everything!

Enjoyed friendliness of the staff, clean and open foyer, laundry facilities, location. Close to work and amenities, and the kitchenette facilities in the room. Have stayed twice and will stay again.

Not much that I did not like. The first time they didn't have soap to purchase for the laundry, but they did the 2nd time I stayed. Nothing else to complain about otherwise. Everything else was good.

The woman who checked us in was beyond amazing, sweet and nice, especially when my kiddos were really "excited" and the lady who was doing the breakfast was very sweet as well. The pool and weight room was very nice as well as the room and everything we had access to

The blankets and pillows were a little uncomfortable

Breakfast was included and consisted of several options from fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, waffles make to order, breakfast sandwiches/wraps, muffins, and bolied eggs. Few juice and water options, along with milk, coffee, and tea… We had zero complaints. Everything was great! Room was nice, roomy, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Lots if restaurants in area, but were closed - we checked in on Christmas day. Less than 5mins feom casino. This will be the place we stay when we visit Charlestown again..

THE SANDWICHES WEREN'T GOOD. WE HAD 3 ON OUR PARTY AND NO ONE LIKED THEM. THEY USED TO HAVE THESE OMELETTES IN BAGS AND THEY WERE GOOD OR BISCUIT AND GRAVY!! YUM! BUT WE LOVE HOME 2 SUITES. STAFF IS ALWAYS PLEASANT!

ALL staff was extraordinarily nice and helpful and even HAPPY to help. Room was spacious and well arranged. Roomy, cozy and better than expected. Beds were comfortable and soft pillows. Kitchenette was fabulous to have.

That I didn't have more time to spend in my room to enjoy how truly nice it was.

Great staff. Huge room. Quiet room. Very nice bed and comfy pillows. Kitchen was great to have. Excellent proximity to casino and grocery stores.

The blackout curtains had a couple creases in the corners allowing light in but simple adjusting helped. The pool was a little lack luster but they did what they could what they got.

Truly enjoyed the stay. The staff was clearly committed to the customer experience and to each other. The whole vibe felt like family. the facilities, room were beyond excellent and the breakfast was exceptional

The location. The staff was nice. The room contained lots of amenities.

The price as a rewards member was steep. Shamefully got a better deal with 3rd party. Had to park in IHOPs parking due to no space.

Breakfast was ok. Which it had more selections, opened to later at least 10am. It missing an outdoor pool so that we can tan outside. Staff were really nice and accommodating.

I would like to have the room cleaned everyday. Especially that we are still not over this pandemic (Covid) I did see the sign that read if you need any extra service just to call but i think it should be done automatically daily.
