The Embassy is the Embassy. Top of the line service. Top of the line accommodations. The hotel is located in close proximity to local attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food/ drinks are all of high quality. .

The standup showers in the rooms have the shower head on the opposite wall from the glass door. Therefore, you must be standing inside the shower to turn it on, causing cold water to hit you. You can adjust the shower head to face the back wall of the shower when you turn it on, but you still end up getting wet. Just a design flaw.

We loved the lobby area, it was so open and inviting allowing many groups to congregate and socialize without disturbing one another. The breakfast was great and the managers hour with the complimentary drinks is always a nice touch.

The only negative is, the open lobby area, which I love during the day, at night when large groups were socializing, the sound carried all the way up and we were on the 7th floor and it sounded like they were right outside our room. Double edge sword in a sense, but we would still stay there again😀

Very good food options for dinner, and the complimentary breakfast was above my expectations- very good - so many good choices. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Our waitress Janet was great.

There were just a few areas that looked a bit tired. The dining room carpet had paths that could use a deep clean. Also, we paid $15. to park in a secure lot “with cameras”, however my husband did not see any cameras, and the lot was open & did not appear to be especially secured. ( however all was well - no incidents at all.)

A member of your housekeeping staff went out if his way to help me find my medicine box. The check in persons were no help at all.

The check in staff who would not even take the time to see if my meds had been turned in. Also not being able to check in when we arrived because the room was not ready. I want to emphasize this was the two people on duty when we checked in. The staff in the morning at checkout was super duper!

The breakfast was amazing. Really loved the made to order eggs and omelette. The happy hour drinks was a surprise and greatly appreciated.

The parking situation. I had to park in the garage and walk a short distance back to the hotel. This was a bit of a struggle for me because my knees are bad and I always use handicap parking. You should have done sorry of shuttle service from there. Maybe even a golf cart type of service.

Property is in a great location close to dining with a convenient parking deck.

Staff was not super helpful. Dining area was confusing. Couldn’t find menus or staff as to where to go or how to order. Rooms felt humid no matter what the temp was set at. Mattresses need updating as they seemed to curve and bend.

Embassy Suites is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. I had only stayed there once... while in high school to attend an event at the Civic Center. Since becoming a parent, my son and I usually stay at more cost-efficient hotels when we travel. As a treat to us, I chose to take him there. He loved it. He would have spent the entire evening in the lobby had I permitted him. Embassy is just a step above other hotels. Their customer service is excellent. The lobby is welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Each adult guest is permitted two free drinks from 530-7. The free breakfast, open to all guests, is amazing... with a chef making omelets. I assume it will be a long time before we stay at the Embassy again, but I am glad we did.

The only thing I didn't like was the showers only have a single handle. The shower door opens in the rear and the shower head/ handle are on the opposite wall. Therefore, when you first turn on the shower, unless you learn to direct the shower head towards the wall which I picked up on after a while, you are not given any opportunity to adjust the water temperature prior to being exposed to it. There is nothing that can be done about that. Just have to remember to redirect the shower head prior to turning on the water.

The room layouts really are great for families when babies need to go to sleep early. The pet free room was so great. As a dog owner who leaves him behind, I prefer to not have other animals or their “prints” left behind. The last pet friendly stay was stinky. Breakfast was great and very convenient (but ended very strictly at 9am). Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also great. And complimentary drinks were a nice surprise. Prompt delivery of pool towels.

A few things felt a little dated - beds were springs, our tub was very stained, and the bathroom caulk could use a freshening. The pool area was feeling very used, after a long weekend I’m sure, which is why I hesitate to even comment on it. Towels were promptly delivered down there when I requested them. For a one night stay, these things are fine, but for a longer stay, I’d hope for a fresher feel!

So close to everything we needed. Beautiful facility! This is my favorite hotel to stay at! The pool is clean, the breakfast is hot and awesome. The maid to order omelette bar is a wonderful addition! The best part is that they are pet friendly. My doggies love to stay here! The only thing that wasn’t a “10”was the room temperature. The thermostat did not seem to work very well. I have stayed in other rooms before and did not have this problem so it was probably just a maintenance issue.

I LOVED the vaulted lobby concept. Staff and facilities were great. Pool was nice. Happy hour was great! We stopped for one night. Outback was a walk right across the street for dinner.

the room could have used a more thorough cleaning. it wasn’t “dirty” other than the typical stray hair or fuzz that I suppose goes along with staying at a busy hotel on a busy weekend. the carpets were worn and needed to be changed out. otherwise, we really enjoyed this quick stay.
