Breakfast was delicious and fresh. I really liked the quiet. My friend and I were in town for a concert. Knowing that we were able to come back to a quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable room was an unexpected delight. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The facility is tucked into a mountain, yet close to a main road that you can get to downtown Charleston within 15-20 minutes. Outside noise was nonexistent, making this stay one of the best that I have ever experienced.

If only the pool were open later. I would have loved to come back after the concert, and get into the hot tub. The pool area should be open later, and outdoor umbrellas would be great in that sitting area. If it is hot outside, the chairs are not comfortable to sit in for being hot as well.

The room was huge.... would have preferred the Jacuzzi tub in my room but did get jetted tubs in bathroom and it was Great! The breakfast was very nice great variety!!! All in all it was a nice stay!!!

The tub had 4 jets only 2 worked the first night the next morning 3 were working! It would have been nice if they all worked. The pool says it's heated but the pool itself was cold what was VERY HEATED was the room. If your not swimming your likely to suffocate. I know it should be warm but if the pool water was heated like it says in Ad you wouldn't have to keep pool room blazing hot!!

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. The room is a nice size and the shower is large. The ac/and heat work well. I like the fridge in the room as well. I have no major complaints. I have always been satisfied in my stay here and I have stayed here three times now. The breakfast is reasonable and is nice to have included. I appreciate the seating area as a place to meet with folks for breakfast or otherwise. I have never really utilized the pool but it is a decent size. I also appreciatethat this hotel is located near a lot of solid restaurant options like Panera, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, Crumble Cookies and a surprisingly good Quaker Steak and Lube. It's nice to not have to drive too far for something you'd like to eat.

The breakfast doesn't have a lot of healthy options (sugar free options). The fruit doesn't always appear to be fresh. Additionally, the parking, especially after 8pm, becomes a little challenging. That said, I've never not found a space. But these are minimal complaints.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. The whole hotel was very clean, our room was sparkly clean. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of room to sit. The decorations at the hotel were nice and bright which was a nice change from the other hotels we have been staying at.

Power went out twice but I think there was a thunderstorm/very windy. Not really the hotels fault.

The check in clerk was amazing. Very helpful, since we arrived after 1130pm. Her smiling face was there to greet us as I had to take our 2 beagles out for their morning business.

Reduce the pet fee. $75 is steep, after paying $145 (including taxes) for the room.

Loved the staffs hospitality. The room was amazing.

The light above the spa tub was broken in room 306. Was already on and the button on the tub didnt work and couldn't turn it off when we went to sleep. I personally think you should be able to see the TV from the spa tub it was kind of a bummer. But all in all it was an amazing stay. I love this hotel!!!

Sadly, we did not wake up early enough to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool the night we checked in. It is a small pool,but nice. It was very crowded the night we were there people were very respectful.

The jets is the hot tub were not working. The door to the fire pit area locked behind us and our key did not work to come back inside the pool area. Nobody's key worked for reentering the pool causing everyone to rely on people to get out of the hot tub to open the door for people or they would be stuck outside. We were fortunate it was very crowded with helpful people!

I liked the very comfortable Beds and Bedding. More than enough towels. Good strong shower with adjustable head for massage. Quiet at sleep time.Good Breakfast with enough time to eat. Coffee , good coffee and creamer available all the time with Tea and cocoa.

I was disapointed that I really could not access the Jacuzzi area in the pool or the pool itself because it was constantly full of children jumping in and out running all around and staying in the jacuzzi for a length of time that is not even safe. Un checked. From early Morning till late at night until it closed there was not one time when it was okay to use it as it is intended. I do understand that children have rights and need to play too .But a Jacuzzi flopping in and out disturbing the ones who may need a soak is not necessary. This is actually the parents responsibility but they were not paying attention. I actually paid extra for this Hotel to be able to use this after a long drive and did not access it even once.

Very nice upscale rooms with comfortable beds, classy common areas, an indoor pool and hot tub and a fitness room. Breakfast had many choices with eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal, make your own waffle station , yogurt, fruit cocktail.

Lots of kids in the pool area

It was very convenient to the location needed for my trip. Was able to accommodate my request of first floor with exit door access. Was able to park right outside the door. Perfect for my handicap!

Ac was a little loud, but as hot as it was (97), It worked perfectly! Bedside lamp flickered. But plenty of other lights available.
