Breakfast was good. Location good. Walking distance to Walmart and eating places very close. Plenty of space in the room and having a fridge freezer was very helpful. Bed comfortable. Very quiet area, first hotel I have been to that I actually slept well. Everyone very friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel next time we visit Martinsburg and will use Home2 Suites in the future for other locations if possible. Really enjoyed our stay.

The most important thing I liked about Home2Suites is was pet friendly a nd they gave my dog a nice gift (a bowl with a toy) wrapped up nice and great presentation. The kitchen sit up was awesome, with silverware, plates, cups, glasses, bowls nand paper towels. The medium size refrigerator was surprising and I really appreciated it becausse we had other family members with us and we had food we needed to place in a refrigerator. The bathroom was modern with a shower only. The hot breakfast was nice too.

The extra $75 pet fee I had to pay for the two day stay. That is more than $25 a day. I have a small dog and I believe the price was and is too expensive.

Great breakfast, nice people. Great location,very close to get back to highway. I’ll definitely stop by this place again.and we stayed at same hotel in Virginia, same satisfaction! Super recommended. Thank you so much!

Meet all our expectations, noting to chenge!

The hotel seemed fairly new--was very clean --staff friendly--hot/cold breakfast available every morning--was pretty good considering COVID protocols--plenty of choices..rooms were spacious and nice--have outdoor picnic area and lounge seating with propane fire pit but wasn't running when we were there until next AM on our way out

The hotel was HARD to find even with mapquest/GPS and just plain asking after driving around in circles for a while--its tucked back in behind a Walmart and away from other hotels in the area but once we found it there was other streets in/out and LOTS food,gas,etc nearby---Also pool on smaller side and had run out of towels--pool has 1 large bathroom no lockers to shower/change

Love the nice clean room. Lots of space to relax in. The room was so luxurious. Everyone was so nice and helpful!

Didn’t care for the breakfast, just wasn’t our type of food with already made breakfast sandwich and bowls. The only other thing was the really soft pillows, they were so soft that it was like you didn’t have a pillow.

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. Person at front desk was very nice. The hotel is in a good location near many eating places and Walmart in case you need something you could walk.

The walk to our room was long, had no idea how long the hallways were. Next time will request a room a little bit closer to the elevators.

Staff was great. The room was clean and spacious. Easy to find and close to my area(s) to visit.

Pillows, but isn't that how it always is. Too flat, no enough pillows or too bulky.

It was somewhat difficult to find, but address worked with GPS. was a bit more pricy than some others, but a good value.

This property was extremely clean and the staff was very, very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of tables and the location is within very easy walking distance to a bit of shopping (Hobby Lobby, Ross, Party City, Walmart, and Martins). The room was very spacious with lots of very nice drawers and cabinets to unpack. I would definitely stay here again!

The suites are fantastic. We like having a full fridge and microwave. The streaming setup is great which allows us to stream Netflix easily if we want to watch a movie.

The internet went down for most of the evening. The staff worked really hard to get it fixed.
