The rooms were clean and comfy. It smelled clean. Kristyn (?) Checked me out after my stay and when I mentioned the stay was "alright" (not in a bad way) she immediately wanted to help if she could make it better. Exceptional customer service and I loved her helpful attitude and kind demeanor. All the front desk staff were kind. The elevators were clean. The mini fridge was clean and the microwave was clean/had the plate in it. The pool was warm & upkept.

Breakfast wasn't included with the booking through the website. For $150/night I feel like it shouldn't have been 15/person extra. But, dunkin is nearby and so it wasn't too much of a bummer.

$50/day added to stay for additional costs. Didn’t know that was gonna happen, even though I was told it would get credited for anything that wasn’t used. Felt it was presumptuous. Cost of breakfast on the sign said $12.00, but menu reflected $12.50. When I asked for clarification, the waitress said the sign was written wrong. Ok, but the next day, it reflected the same information. The sign wasn’t changed. Misleading.

If I had an issue for example our comforter had blood spots on it and didn't realize. (Not from us) they gave me new bedding. A lady was mean to the kids in the pool area. They stepped in when they heard about it. I'm ready to come back already. The lady for house keeping was amazing also. Super friendly.

The ants by the pool. But the lady took care of them. Other than that it was good

Clean Food from restaurant was very good.

No breakfast with stay. Had to pay for breakfast. My husband fell in the bath//tub combination due to very slippery condition. Not a very comforting decor. Too modern designer style with Cold atmosphere. Had to warn the afternoon staff member about puddle of water on the floor from pool area in front of reception desk…it was a danger. His reply …oh guess I should put a sign there.

I wish I could remember the name of the desk clerk who checked us it, but he was wonderful. He gave us suggestions for food and local things to do. Also, check in and out was so easy.

Really, everything was great. I can’t add to that.

Breakfast was delicious. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Had dinner and breakfast. Both delicious and staff were very attentive.

Construction very hard to get to property

Front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel had a great location and was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was great until the desk clerk told us our breakfast was included. It was very confusing how it was set up. We got our breakfast and we got a bill. We went back to the desk and the clerk lied straight faced, and said she never told us it was included.

Beautiful Inn. My room was very nice and I did like the coffee and tea set up in the lobby. Nice touch.

I didn’t like the almost never ending smell of weed in my room from the neighboring room and in the elevators.

The staff was amazing at check in, breakfast was delicious.

We left our infant daughter’s antibiotic in the mini fridge and called back after check out to get it. We were told they didn’t have it. Not a problem as it was our fault. However, that staff member was rude. Then we received a call the next day stating her medication was found and at the front desk. It was frustrating, but again, not really their fault
