Convenient to UW-Milwaukee. Breakfast was grab and go. Able to walk to area restaurants for dinner.

Did not like the fact that a $100 deposit for incidental charges was applied to my credit card. Should be refunded within 5-10 business days. Had I known that was going to occur, we would have stayed elsewhere.

The staff was helpful and kind! The complimentary breakfast had some great options that kept us full for several hours! Very close in proximity to Miller Park, which was the purpose of us being here!

Not a sufficient amount of towels whenever we checked in, so we had to ask for more on the first night. Some of the amenities were either outdated or inoperable.

New management since the last time we visited. They have made a lot of good changes. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Plenty of room for the kids. They was able to watch what they wanted because there is 2 tvs in the room. walking distance to the restaurants.

breakfast choice was limited and pool was closed.

I love the sitting area in the lobby, very cozy and clean. I love getting the rooms with the whirlpool, very relaxing. I love that they have a pool but it’s closed right now due to Covid.

When I got there my room wasn’t ready for a couple of hours but the staff made me feel welcomed and like royalty the way they announced my room was ready, I forgot what I was irritated about.

Weird smell coming in bathroom. And only one roll of toilet paper.

It was a great place to meet other people who were there for the Harley Davidson 120th anniversary.

The pool was not open

The breakfast was very helpful and delicious we just hate that we couldn't work out in the fitness room but we understand why we couldn't but I wanna come back it was comfort there

I didn’t like how the toilet seat was broken and the shower either had mold or old molding coming up while in the shower

Really nothing. It was just a place to sleep and leave the next day.

My room was very cold, I reported and nothing was done, she just said it should get warm. But all night me and my family slept cold.

I didn't like how the housekeeping came while I was sleeping and without giving me a chance to answer the door when they knocked they opened the door to come in but closed it when they saw I was in there
