I loved the charm of the room. All the windows, we had a corner room facing the 3rd street market.Michelle checked us in late at 11pm and gave a great food recommendation to the taco truck right out front. Excellent food! The hotel was in great proximity to the river walk, fiserv forum, casino and lots of shops. We walked everywhere but it was not hard to get a quick lyft and the airport was a quick 20 minute drive.It was a short trip and we will be back to explore more food and fun. The Fairfield Inn did not disappoint. There was complimentary breakfast and it looked nice but we did not partake. We walked to the River walk about 15 mins and ate at The Sweet. Michelle was the best at the front desk. She actually ask us about our day out and how our concert went. Great personality.

I had no issues with my stay. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I would say going for ice on the 3rd floor would be a minor flaw.

Kenneth was amazing from the second we got there he is an amazing guy and gave us great suggestions to go eat, and we even let him know when we came back how much we valued his suggestions and the food was delicious! He suggested Mo's steak house around the corner and it was worth every penny!

The room was kind of small for paying almost $420.00 and the construction was an eyesore but other than that it was ok.

Staff was awesome. We were able to check in a little early, which we very much appreciated. We were able to walk everywhere for the most part. Breakfast was very good.

We attended a concert, and were looking to eat after, somewhere near the hotel, but there was nothing. Staff told us we pretty much had to Uber eat or get delivery. Not the worst thing! The worst thing, was there was no way to make the room cooler. I am used to sleeping in a very cool environment, it was way too warm!

Perfect location - anything you would want to do is there. Restaurants, shopping, walking the city. Staff was amazing from check in to check out.Very professional and friendly! We had small issue with AC loud noise, staff took care of us right away. Phenomenal breakfast. Great fitness area. Super clean.

I like that the breakfast was very selective and I like that the staff was very nice I witnessed the staff having a meeting and I enjoyed the way. They interacted with one another I like the way the head person to charge of her staff and I like the way that the head boss let her manage her staff because that's the only way that a person can get respect is if they have full control of their staff and they know that they cannot go behind her I think that they have a good team going this was observation that I observed when I was waiting for my partner to go and retrieve the vehicle I wish you well

I didn't like the fact that we had to park somewhere else and pay a different C and I didn't like that if you didn't meet the reservation that they would take out the money anyway

I loved the location that was walking distance to so many neat places.

It happened to be under construction while we were there but we were told about it when we booked it so we knew ahead of time

Staff is very nice and welcoming.

There’s a construction going on and it was very loud during the day. The fire alarm was also triggered and there’s loud sounds for hours.

Our room appeared to be more recently updated, very clean and comfortable. Never saw so many outlets with ports, which we greatly appreciated for our iPads and phones.

We arrived just after 3:00 which was supposed to be our check-in time. However, we were told we would not be able to check in until 4:00. I really did not like that. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk until we could get into the room.

Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. Tamara at the front desk was awesome! She was very friendly and helped me with parking after the city of Milwaukee gave me a ticket for overnight parking (not indicated by the sign). I didn’t register my car for the night, which apparently is a thing in Milwaukee. Weird!

Dedicated parking obviously would have saved me from a ticket.

Location was great for walking downtown to explore. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
