The woman at the front desk at checking in changed my room so I could be closer to my daughters room. I was very appreciative!!! All of the staff was very friendly and greeted us with a warm hello and a smile every time we came back to the hotel. Breakfast was nice. It was the first time I ever used a hotel’s Fitness Center and was very glad it was there so I could get some exercise!

I think the toilet seat lid in my bathroom was not attached or possibly broken and I saw a buildup of some nasty looking residue on the porcelain around the place where the seat should be attached, but I did my best to wipe it up. Ewww. But hey, stuff happens, right?

Beautiful hotel. Great location for walking to the Miller High Life Theater for our concert. Room was comfortable and clean. Great shower and mattress. Nice fitness room. Nice breakfast with many options. Friendly staff.

I don’t love having to do valet parking but that’s just what you have to do in bigger cities. Staff was nice and process was easy. Conditioner in shower was empty which is a major frustration for me because I don’t understand why cleaning staff do not check and refill these, but it happens all of the time with all of the hotel chains it seems. Otherwise, no complaints.

Hotel was incredible as was the staff. Thank you to the entire staff for being friendly and knowledgeable. And to the valet Treal you were always ready to help with a friendly smile whatever time of day or night it was. Location was great as was breakfast. Lovely city! We have already told friends and family what a great city Milwaukee is.

A little less cold 😉….just kidding coming from San Diego the temperature was 77 so you can imagine how cold it was when we came here and the temperature was 39. 🥶 Everything was wonderful THANK YOU

Liked the location, close to downtown and Fiserv Forumn. The hotel was clean and new. The valet service (that I believe is contracted to another company) really hustles to get your car for you.

Absolutely hate the bathroom doors. Don't like the sliding doors that don't lock properly and the glass that lets light through to the rest of the room. The hotel was very noisy after midnight with people who came in from the bars. Must not be any viable security to check on that. All of the front desk staff were not very friendly.

The staff was super friendly and overall helpful with any questions that we had. They always spoke when returning or leaving making us feel welcome. You are able to park on the street if you register your vehicle online with the city of milwaukee. Weekends it’s free so if you’re parking throughout the week make sure you register. Staff informed me of this information which was super helpful and save me money! The location was perfect if you’re in town for any games, concerts ect walking distance.

The rooms could have been cleaner, a lot of dust and surface level cleaning needs a deep cleaning. That was my only issue with my stay.

Great location - in the Brewery district and one block down from the old Pabst Brewery. Several places to eat within walking distance. It was a very quiet area. Milwaukee in general was quiet and not much traffic..we visited Marquette University and parts of the MSOE, no traffic problems at all. The breakfast had a lot of options - hot food like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and also cereal and fruit. The front desk went out of their way to be helpful. There is also a bar right there in the hotel. Valet service as also great, they were so nice!

Parking - nearest garage is a block away and valet parking is expensive. Street parking seemed to be full during the week ,, but available on weekends. I would recommend looking for free street parking.

The room is so spacious and great for traveling in a larger group setting. The sofa in the room was a nice touch, just by being able to comfortably leave things without getting in the way of other people. Great shower pressure in the bathroom. Considering the average hotel breakfast, this one is way above that. It had lots of options and food wasn’t bland. The location is great, especially if you’re watching a show nearby.

The hotel was exceptional, the staffs were always smiling and were ready to go overboard to make your stay welcome. They also have the highest form of discipline and integrity. The kids lost their iPads and Chromebook and they saw it and kept it for them.

Nothing from the valet to the front desk, maintenance crew, cleaners and the kitchen staffs it’s like they know what you want before you ask them.

The location was great!! We were right across the street from Fiserv Forum. We came to town for the Milwaukee Bucks game. We parked on the street, no charge. Valet parking was $38, and if we parked ourselves, it was $25. The breakfast was amazing, hot, and they were really good at keeping the food filled!! We will definitely be back!!

There wasn't one thing we didn't like!

The staff were all amazing. The location was great and there was a Entertainment both nights that we stayed in the lobby. I normally don’t leave reviews, but everybody was so accommodating and I appreciate the excellent service. The rooms and facility were very clean and comfotable. I would stay here every time I come to Milwaukee.

I did not like paying for parking, but with the limited parking available downtown, I understand why it was needed. We opted for the valet, and they were quick and efficient every time we needed to get to our car.
