Very nice facility. Desk clerk had a queue when I arrived but nothing too bad. Didn't wait long to check in, in spite of a situation involving the couple checking in before me. He apologized for the wait, but I thought he handled everything very professionally. General Manager was there Saturday morning handling breakfast as well as other duties and was very pleasant when I checked out. Facilities looked very clean.

The size of the room was great. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet (well insulated for noise (walls & floor). The heating system worked well and was reasonably quiet. The door key (room card) was really great, worked like a charm. Basically, the room met our needs very well and the price was great compared to other places in the area.

A couple of things we suggest: A towel rack in the bath room for towels in use, A bar to grasp when standing in the shower (safety precaution), At least one drawer to place personal clothes (underwear, etc.). The absence of a single drawer was disappointing. The room, while quite comfortable was very "stark". Perhaps a colorful picture (or two) would help.

The room was clean and quiet. I found what I needed for breakfast, but was disappointed there were no bananas.

The young man at the front desk wasn’t knowledgeable about the restaurant right next door. He wasn’t very friendly, not one smile.

Easy check-in. Rooms were very nice. clean. Breakfast options were great! Pool and hot tub were great! Nice place to stay! Have family in the area so definitely will choose this hotel again! Wonderful!

It was very clean, friendly and the lady at the front desk gave us a deal on our room because there was 5 of us. The kids were so happy and the breakfast was great too!

We couldn't figure out how the TVs worked in 2 of the bedrooms but we were so tired it didn't matter

It was ok, I prefer whole grain bread and fresh fruit. I was surprised the cup of dole mixed fruit did taste good and wasn’t too sweetened! The hostess welcomed us and served us like we were her personal guests😊

Good location with friendly night audit staff and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast room tables are too short for the chairs provided. We felt like adults at a kids table.

The lobby was clean and inviting. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from. Rooms seemed to be soundproof as we didn’t hear any of our neighbors.

Very clean. The staff was friendly. The bed comfortable. The room a nice size. The air control in the wall was a plus. Variety of eating places with in a mile.

The food variety at breakfast. They are still in Covid mode. The couch that was in the room was uncomfortable. The pillows were too flat. They said they'd e-mail me a receipt after I asked for one and they never did.

location was great, price was fair, staff friendly, breakfast good, bed comfortable, room was clean, surroundings quiet— overall great hotel experience
