Having a kitchen helped our food budget. Appreciated the roads, paths, and parking lot cleared and safe.

The furniture seat pads flat, needs to be replaced. Front door needs an indoor mat to catch snow. The was a rug but it did not cover the front entrance. TV remotes were not synced to the right TV. Labeled drawers would be helpful to locate items. A current list of working amenities would be helpful. We anticipated doing certain activities based on listing on website. If they are not possible due to staff availability, weather or maintained that should be readily available at check-in.

Great Views Cozy vibes Great Staff,all very helpful and answered all questions we had, Front desk man Camil (I think his name was) was very helpful and friendly and willing to go above and beyond made us feel welcome and earned lifelong residents whenever we come back. Amenities were great. From snacks to Hot tea/Chocolate next to a cozy fireplace Everything was very clean Even in the prime of winter roads felt good on the car within the development 11/10 stay would recommend to any friends and family wanting to stay in the area! Bonus: Cute Mule deer on property we saw

The views from our condo was of the Great Tetons! It was totally relaxing and refreshing to see those huge mountains. Also short trip in to Jackson Hole town square. There was horse stables for my grandson to look at horses. He was too young to saddle up but he loved to go visit them EVERYDAY. Lol Nice quiet place. The walls must have been super insulated - we never heard neighbors. We had a few issues with heater making noice and porch light not working but their maintenance crew was there within 5 minutes to fix.

It's all about the stunning views and the fantastic location. The mountain view was great! The ground floor Studio was comfortable and well stocked with kitchen equipment and games for kids. It was clean. The pool was excellent. A decent size and just the right temperature.

Little noise insulation from the Studio above. Noisy creaking flooring with every step taken, noisy plumbing from every water appliance, and clearly hearing their conversation. Being woken at 4.40am by our neighbour was not welcome. There were no instructions for the appliances and some were dated, but they worked fine. There was no light switch by the bed.

The facilities were great.

My only problem was when I booked the Ranch thru Booking.com, no where did it state that our room was on a second floor with no elevator. Due to my health, I am not able to climb up and down stairs much less carry my luggage up. They were booked for the time we were there and the room was prepaid and nonrefundable. I could not reach booking.com because of the worldwide internet. The hotel manager worked with us and found a solution that work for us. I will never book thru a three party again. Also, the property was at the top of a mountain but the views were excellent. Also, there is no Resturant on the property.

It’s a gorgeous property. We especially loved the horses close by and the ability to walk the property. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The people we met who lived there were very sweet. We rode horses on the trail. They just opened for the season but the horses were clearly trained and well taken care of. We had our 19 month old with us and he was in heaven!!!

The only thing I wish we did differently is rent a car. It’s easy to get to town but there are not lots of food options on the property so we had to use Uber.

The location is stunning and serene. The studio was wonderful with a nice full kitchen, open deck and fireplace. The staff was very nice and the horseback riding stables were a short walk away.

Sadly, the Murphy (only queen bed) was very springy and hard. It needed at least a pillow top so we took the mattress off the hide a bed that was not functional. It made it possible to sleep. The flat screen t.v. was about 27" and the sound was muffled, making it hard to hear the actors. If you need extra coffee, blankets and pillows, best to go to the main lobby. It will take until the next day or not at all,otherwise. Overall, if you're not a fussy person, you will love it.

The view was fantastic! The condo space was perfect for our family of 5. The location to Jackson and the park entrance was perfect! If we wanted to swing by town, no problem. If we wanted to avoid the congestion there, we could simply take the road in the other direction towards the park. Perfect! The pool was very nice for getting in some lap swimming. The horse rides were just a quick walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

The gentleman who checked us in could have been a bit more friendly. He really made minimal effort to engage in much conversation beyond "Here are your keys." The other people working seemed like they really didn't want to have to talk to the guests. They weren't rude exactly, just not overly friendly.

Location. View. Layout. Options for recreation, except we were to busy/ tired to make great use of it. Gal from Washington was super friendly and informative. ( Sat am) Kitchen ( fridge) and bathrooms amazingly clean. Toilet was fixed right away after check in.

Beds were quite uncomfortable for us. The carpet was pretty dirty. We left early without chance to share that clothes washing machine may be leaking. We noticed dampness on floor. Fire alarms may need new batteries.

This was such a great stay on a beautiful property. The views of the Tetons from our cabin were magical, and the cabin itself was comfortable and spacious. Amenities were great, and staff was helpful and available. It was an easy drive to Jackson Hole town, as well as to the park. Would definitely stay here again!

Included breakfast would be a plus.
