Breakfast was an acceptable spread. The location was very convenient to most of the sightseeing areas in Hanoi, there's also a 24hr pharmacy nearby and 24 hr convenience stores for emergencies. The hotel room was clean. Transport to the hotel can also be arranged so it's quite convenient. The TV and aircon did break down for a while but they attended to it almost immediately and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient staff!

Amazing breakfast, pho soup prepared every day, almost any request I had they cater for me. They even prepared a lunch box for us one day we left the hotel super early in the morning for an excursion.

The price is just right for the room, the only thing that could be better is the ensuite bathroom is a bit old and small, but the location is close to everything, comfortable room size, and above all, the hotel staff friendliness and service is unbeatable and compensates for those minute details.

great location in Pho Co. great staff, super friendly. owner very attentive to our needs. cozy atmosphere. they were very honest: we took a tour to Ninh Binh, but we’re not feeling great, so we passed on a couple of activities, and the hotel got us a partial refund from the tour company.

Bathrooms could use a little more attention.

The hotel is located in an excellent position, very close to the lake, the staff is so kind and nice, they helped us for anything we asked for!

This hotel provided a calm oasis amid the bustle and chaos of Old Hanoi. It is well situated to explore the interesting streets and temples of Old Hanoi. Good choice at breakfast and we had a pleasant room which was well equipped. The front desk was always manned with friendly and helpful staff

Very good breakfast with a fresh fruit drinks and more selections. Room is very clean. Staffs are polite, friendly, and helpfull to setup the tours. Especially hotel is located right in the central of the Old Quarter which is next to Mirror Lake. It's very convenient.

Nothing to say

Close to centre, massage parlor directly next to hotel, nice lobby for eating the nice food you can by from nearby shops, very friendly staff, good internet.

Air-condition cools very slowly and/or needs to be fixed. Shower handle gets very hot from the hot water, so after a shower, it is difficult to close the faucet. luckily there are small towels you can use to touch the handle.

All the staff are so helpful. They recommended me some famous places in Hanoi and good foods around the hotel. Location is the best, near Hoan Kiem Lake, just 1 min walk. I love the way they decorate the lobby. Definitely come back again.

Bed was a bit hard....

I often stay here when I go for business. Location is great, near Hoan Kiem Lake and some famous places. Staff are so friendly. They helped me pack my luggage and recommended a few dishes that I haven't tried before. The room is quite and comfortable to stay in.
