Great location, easy walking distance to sights. Nice spacious, clean room. Friendly, polite staff.

Expensive for what it is. We paid extra for lake view room, but apart from the fact that it is actually quite a distant view we weren't able to take advantage of the balcony view due to noise from renovations of apartment below, and also room was directly below restaurant and could hear all the chairs being dragged across the floor from 6.30am. Most of breakfast cold, need some food heating system for the buffet

the location was excellent close to many eateries and entertainment .The staff were extremely helpful especially Ms Lily .We were offered an upgrade after a return trip to Halong Bay and was so much more comfortable than the previous Family room which was booked.

The 4 star rating is more like a 2-3 star accomodation . The family room with city view was so much smaller than photos online and some of the fixtures were not working ( short in lamp) and some of light switches .

Location , its right there in the heart of the Old Quarter. Rooms are quite large for two people. Its near a large grocery shop. Close to the lake . Staff are nice .

The wifi drops out . They do fix it quickly but they need to update the modems . The bar fridge barely worked . Ice was scarce but thats because my brothers were asking too. If you get a lower balcony room expect plenty of noise .

everything. they had breakfast options for vegetarians too. pretty good hotel. we booked room with balcony. it was spacious. the hotel is located right in between Hanoi. extremely close to all attractions. will recommend the hotel.

Staff very professional and friendly. From arrival to check-in was very smooth. After check-in a staff member took us to the room and explain the facility and also told us which drinks are on the house and which ones cost money. Very happy with my stay.

Just a little disappointed about the outside noise. But it's a very busy street so a bit unfair to complain about it.

I have been to Hanoi nine times, mostly for work and also on vacation. There are many things in this hotel that elevate it to the best. Good location, very friendly staff and all the best clean room, clean bathroom and exceptionally good air conditioning. I like.

the breakfast buffet was not great. most of the hot food was in chaffing dishes that weren’t on so food was cold and some dishes that should have been hot were just kept in a plate and were cold -concerned somone will get sick at some point. toaster didn’t work either.

Basic breakfast and not of good quality. Service at breakfast not good : noisy waiter with no manners when serving. No top up of the breakfast buffet : had to ask. Cut off time for breakfast at 9:00 am. Not enough time to enjoy and relax.

Fantastic location and great breakfast, located in a very central part of the city. The room was very comfortable and the rooftop restaurant has a great view of the city, I highly recommend!
