The staff were excellent. Ray's english and welcome were exceptional. The beautiful breakfast staff (Anna and Autumn) made getting up in the morning so worthwhile. They always looked as 'delicious' as the food !!!! The always smiling room cleaning staff were a joy and i just wish they worked for me. Lastly, lovely little (pregnant) Flora arranged a lovely hassle free trip to Halong Bay which was very enjoyable.

That i could only afford the time to stay there for only seven days. I WILL return !!!!.

everything is so good. nice staff, they provide me to get early check in with free of charge. the room is clean, spacious and so convenient when need to take a walk around old town. My parent is old and staff always be ready to help them with take care luggage or any information you need. Highly recommend for your trip .

the brf is good but it's better to have more choice. Althought it's a light brf but it's less food to choose.

We stayed here for our last night in Hanoi. The staff were friendly and helpful. By this stage in our travels we were very familiar with Hanoi, so we did not need help from the reception in booking tours or anything like that. However the staff were lovely and would have happily helped us arrange something if we needed them to. They booked an airport transfer for us which was helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the hotel is excellent, you are in walking distance to all the main attractions.

The location in the heart of the Old Quarter was very convenient. The staff were most helpful especially Ray and Anthony both of whom gave us very personal and professional service. There was some construction work going on next door but this was confined to the day light hours and was of little concern.

We have nothing bad to say about the property.

Staffs were excellent and such a value for money. Located in the prime and good for back packers.

No lift or elevator available so not ideal of you have kids or elderly people as they need to climb especially for top floor rooms

Classic Street is walking distance to night markets and IG worthy coffee shops and the street itself is full of shopping 🤩💙 The welcome fresh passion fruit juice drink and watermelon slices were so refreshing😋 The hotel staff were all so warm and hospitable, and they always smile and tells us to enjoy our day whenever we go out, and welcomes us back with a smile everytime. Ms. Jasmine is always accommodating, and she speaks english so well, most of the staff speaks english 🤭... our room is always clean and we have 2 pillows each🥰 ...will definitely book again at Classic Street with my family.... oops i forgot to take pictures of our room ✌️

The hotel is in the heart of Old neighbourhood in Hanoi. The most perfect place to stroll around the city and to feel all the vibes that it can provide to you. The people of the hotel are super nice, they help you in all the possibile way, and they try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also have given a chance to take a rest and a many hour after the check out. We also booked a cruise to ha long bay within their tour service, it was cheaper with respect to other offers and they organise everything. Because of this they offer also a free trip to the airport! Strongly recommended!

Excellent customer service from everyone working there. Special thanks to Flora and Tony. Good size room with lots of storage and desk. Comfortable twin beds. Air con ok. Fridge stocked with canned drinks and water to buy. Kettle with tea and coffee replenished daily. Good size shower box with choice of rain head or hand held and good pressure. Toilet paper put into rubbish bag not flushed so it was good that the cleaners came in daily. Haners in wardrobe. Hair dryer. Used the safe once but was a bit fiddly to open with special key. Window opened to a narrow balcony with pot plants but not to use to sit out. Street noise didn't impact our stay. Weekends there was music from Street artists which was heard clearly but stopped by 11pm. Morning Street vendors with recorded music could be heard clearly though briefly. Good hotel lift. Wonderful breakfast provided daily with option of having cooked food like omelet included. Attentive breakfast staff. Excellent location in the old quarter close to small lake. Small shop a couple doors down to buy 5L water and snacks. Spa in hotel for massage etc. Help desk for tours in hotel that we used to go to Ha Long bay. Restaurants and market stalls all around. Great vibe!

We liked everything during our stay. The only thing we noticed was the linen and towels were well used and thinning. It did not impact our stay, just an observation.

Perfect hotel in hanoi****

Highly recommended for a stay in Hanoi. I stayed in the classic street hotel at the start of a trip to Vietnam. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and keen to help out. The location is really good - in a central location for the Old Quarter and also for the government district to the North East. Many key Hanoi tourist attractions located very close by. Highly recommended, and all for a reasonable price.

The hotel is located in the centre of the Old Quarter in Hanoi, making most tourist attractions, delicious restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful with arranging taxi pickup and drop off to and from the airport regardless of the plane’s arrival time. They were also very helpful with arranging one day trip to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The breakfast selection were fabulous with both Western and Vietnamese style food available. We were left with a bloated stomach every morning before we go out on our journey 😅

The location of the hotel is located in the centre of Old Quarter, making it unavoidable to early morning traffic noise. This is especially hard if you are trying to adjust your jet lag.
