Great location, clean and comfortable. This is a great hotel for somewhere to stop over and explore Hanoi for a couple of days. The location was great, center of old town and around a 2 min walking distance to the Hoan Kien lake. There is a small breakfast which is enough to get you ready for a day of exploring. The bed are comfortable and clean and you are provided with a fresh bottle of water daily. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The bathroom in the room was enclosed by privacy glass rather then walls so at times it didn’t feel like you had privacy even though you couldn’t see the person in the bathroom you could see shadow etc. sky bar was smaller then expected, used a couple of times and always found somewhere to sit but can imagine it might get crowded quite quickly.

We have just had 4 nights here and the hotel is great. Location is perfect and I could lie in bed at night looking out at the beautiful lights around the lake. The staff are absolutely exceptional and can’t do enough for you. The Sky Bar is good but can obviously be quite windy at this time of year because it’s so high - views are amazing though. Breakfast is ample with hot items to order - pho was wonderful.

The only small downside was that the shower was over the bath with a shower curtain which wasn’t great. We did soak the floor a few times! I wouldn’t let this stop me staying here though.

The room size was decent for 3 people and the beds were comfortable. The lighting in the hotel was exceptional and the balcony view was a nice touch. The rooftop bar was also an additional perk of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Roger who helped us unlock our safe when it was stuck!). The hotel breakfast was included and had a good selection for everyone. The hotel was in an amazing location, very close to lots of shops and restaurants. We only stayed here 1 night but would recommend for a short stay.

The bathroom in the room was surrounded by glass and included a glass sliding door. This wasn't ideal for a sharing room because if anyone went to the bathroom during the night, the bathroom light would glare through the glass wall and the sliding door was noisy.

Staff was great!! Very considerate and helpful. Location is also very good. Everything you need or want is a stone's throw away. Tones of restaurants and shopping! Breakfast was good. There is a buffet and menu options. Rooftop bar was cozy. Our room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. It was a nice place to stay.

Only 2 small negatives - the lighting in the room wasn't great. No lamps. Only overhead light. And the bathroom lighting was very low. Also, the shower curtain did nothing to keep water in the tub. The bathroom floor was flooded after each shower. Even when trying really hard not to. But these are small complaints, compared to how much we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a lovely small hotel with a cozy little rooftop. The employees are very friendly. Especially Swan was great. She knows everything and share her knowledge. If you want to know where you can get the best banh mi, she will show you the way. If you like to book a day trip to Halong Bay there are many travel agencies with a lot of different offers. The best offer I get from her. It looks like she can do everything for having a great experience. Btw. she collect bank notes, like I do too. So I gave her my currency for her collection. Swan, thank you again for your hospitality. It was great.

Where should I start.. The staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Khanh, Ming, Vivian, Tho, Ling and Chan did their best to make sure we had a memorable stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to the lake but room was a bit smaller than expected. Many cafes, eateries and convenience stores are in the main street. Breakfast is with reasonable options and provide refill water. There was daily room service (even arranged our toiletries in a holder when we came back🥰) and water. These people are the best. I left my sons watch in bed, Vivian got it and kept it for us. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was wonderful. Got a good variety of food and you can also order pho and pancakes. Staffs are super friendly. Tommy at front desk was super helpful and he remembered our names on first day and Provided recommendations on where can we go/do each day. The location is great. Lots of food and shopping right outside the hotel. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood.

The wifi worked better in some area but didn't work too well in our room. We stayed in 2 different rooms and the fridge didn't work in both rooms. We told front desk about it, they were going to sent someone to fix it but we told them we didn't need it.

This place is fantastic. The people are beautiful. Treat you like a family . Great English. Excellent location. Great service . We would definitely stay here again. We will miss all of there friendly faces didn't want to leave .. absolutely loved hanoi but the people were what made it memorable. Hope to see you all again thank you everyone

Bella Premier Hotel and Rooftop Sky Bar exceeded all expectations with its outstanding service! Ms. Ann and Ms. Grace were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Every interaction was handled with care and professionalism. We were also surprised that upon our early checkout due to early flight schedule, they sent packed breakfast for us. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service and convenience!

The location is excellent. Its in the middle of everything!! Walking distance to major sights in the Old Quarter, lots of food and shopping around the hotel. The free breakfast was very good. there is a buffet Plus you can order fried eggs, omlettes, pancakes and pho from their menu. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful; always had a smile on their faces. They spoke good English.

Was a little noisy at night but cant be helped if you want a hotel right in the middle of the Old Quarter
