24-7 snack bar, customer service, wi-fi, sound proof walls. They offered us a free upgrade, which was a kind gesture from their side.

The location is in a very busy part of Hanoi, so it was quite hard to go somewhere by walk with small children. Although it could be like that everywhere in Hanoi.

Location was really great with lots of food and shops nearby, the rooms were nicely decorated, very comfortable and gave the best type of toiletries. The type of room I would love to go to after a long day spent at Halong Bay. The hotel's breakfast is impeccable, buffet style but also a menu for order which included omelettes and even pho, which were absolutely delicious. But the icing on the cake has to be the service of the hotel staff. Every single staff member we crossed paths with were very friendly and helped us at many junctures and requests whether big or small, be it directions, recommendations or just to have a small conversation. If you're still deciding on whether to book a trip to Hanoi or which hotel to stay in, book that trip and then book this hotel because take my word for it, best hotel i've stayed in that has really checked all the boxes.

We booked to stay here for one night before our flight to Hue. We had contacted the hotel (Anna) with some questions before our arrival and even before our stay, the customer service was great and very helpful. Anna was very responsive and friendly and so our first impressions were very good. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we received a very warm welcome and a nice cold towel and drink to cool us down, and Anna kindly informed us that we had been upgraded to a bigger and more spacious room which was much appreciated. The hotel is in the old quarter of Hanoi and next to lots of bars, restaurants and attractions. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, and there is a nice sociable area in reception where you can sit and have a drink and where breakfast is served. The room had a comfortable double bed with crisp and fresh linen, a safety deposit box, a fridge and kettle and a spacious bathroom with a lovely big shower. Our stay was so inexpensive and included breakfast. This is a really fantastic and comfortable place to stay with warm and kind natured staff and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone coming to Hanoi to explore this city.

what I liked the most, is the warm welcome from Emma. We stayed in total 5 nights. She helped us so much ! She booked 3 different transport for us (bus, private transfer and train), she help us so much after we had trouble with my dad. (His bag was stolen in the train, and his passeport was inside). She came with us to translate, she took really good care of her. She is definitely the most incredible receptionist I ever had. Also, she is so slimy, this is a must have in reception, and she does her job in a very professional way. Thank you again so much to you and all the golden’s Teams that helped us a lot as well with the passeport issues.

we stayed in 3 différents rooms. The room on the 7th floor was not really easy to get to (have to leave the lift on the 6th floor and then walk up, and had to be careful with the stairs and the low ceiling). Also, the bathroom in there was really small. But the balcony was amazing !! 😍 one last thing that could be change, is the curtains in the bathroom, we could still see through it so there is not much intimacy.. I was traveling with my dad not my boyfriend so .. a bit embarrassing sometimes 😅

Great location if you want to be in the Old Quarter. It's busy on the street outside but the hotel is an oasis of calm and room was quiet. Staff were very friendly and welcoming with face flannels and tea on arrival while we checked in. Family room on 7th floor was good size and comfortable and roof terrace was great to enjoy views over the city in the evening.

The stairwell up to 7th floor felt like we were heading into an attic but it was nice when we got there. Staff are very keen to have 10 star reviews. They are genuinely really helpful with information and assistance and offered a free transfer to the airport or to waive the usual 3% credit card surcharge (common throughout Vietnam) in exchange for a 10 star review.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They booked a car to take us to the airport and we're always happy to help. Rooms were very clean. We had the 2 connecting rooms on the top floor with a very large terrace with great views. As it was July it was really too hot to use the balcony - something I hadn't considered when booking! Breakfast was good with mostly vietnamese and some western food with fruit. Located on the edge of the old town, so was very convenient for exploring the area. A busy area but you couldn't really hear any noise in the hotel

The larger of the 2 rooms with 2 beds was very warm even with Aircon, but it was exceptionally hot weather when we stayed.

Staff were so helpful and kind. Great property with lovely rooms! We were even kindly upgraded after Music complaint mentioned down below. Very helpful with local area and location was great! We also arrived quite late after troubles at the airport and they assured me they had 24/7 service so it was no problem which was reassuring!

The economy room is small as expected but the beds aren’t very long. My partner is 6 foot 1 and feet were over hanging so had to sleep the other way. Also can hear music from the lobby at 7am from economy room as it’s right above and the bass is turned up quite high which carries through into the room. Would recommend staying in a superior/deluxe room as we really enjoyed our stay in that room.

The location nearby everything, the staffs are really nice. I checked in early around at 5AM, but they really welcomed me and make sure that I will get the room before check in time. They have many tour packages, even they have catalogue magazine for the trip in Vietnam. Most importantly, the staffs are really helpful. They give me a lot of information about places and restaurants in Hanoi, they also took care of motorbike that I rented. Definitely perfect hotel while you travel to Hanoi. It’s in Old Quarter and everything is accessible 😉

- Good location, walking distance from food streets and tourist sites - Room was spacious and had a massive balcony as well (although we couldn’t make use of it due to the hot weather) - Staff was very nice & helpful - Decent breakfast was also included in the price

- The room that we were given was on the top floor in sort of an attic location, which is what I think made it too hot and took ages for aircon to cool it down. But maybe if were in any other room it might have been alright. Was only there for 1 night so wasn’t too much of a problem. - Spotted a lizard in the room which I was not very happy with but my husband wasn’t bothered with it. - Bathroom was small and the water leaked a bit into the bedroom floor
