We book the HalongBay Cruise with them, the solution was cheap and in an amazing boat, they also offered us a free upgrade after our arrive in place. Their Sapa Tour are also cheap (they include the train cost) and with a good quality itinerary. The staff was always really nice and helpful, the room was clean, large and really comfortable!

Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable during check in and throughout the stay. They also gave us recommendations on where to go in Hanoi. The room has nice design, and it's clean and comfy. It looks exactly the same as the picture posted. Soundproofing also meets our expectation. The hotel is located in a quieter corner of the Hanoi Old Quarters, where you can find lot of nice restaurants and attractions nearby while enjoying the relatively quiet stay at the same time. It is about 10-15 mins walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is a small local coffee shop, a local banh mi stall and a local bun cha shop, as well as a convenience store located near the hotel. Very convenient.

Breakfast can be better

The place is perfect, the location is so central yet once you close the balcony door - it was one of the best isolated space after 3 weeks in Vietnam from street noises. Staff was very enthusiastic and friendly. The room is good size, bathroom is modern, clean. Compared to many places we stayed, the room actually looked like pictures. Breakfast was diverse, there were fruits, eggs of your selection, some local food (like noodles, veggies, so there were few vegetarian options too). Pretty decent. We enjoyed our stay :)

Not end of the world, but internal isolation was not the best. You could hear people in the coridors, not only on your floor but others too. Or elevator pings (and for breakfast there is quite some action going on). But again, compared to many other places it was still very good. Vietnam in general is just loud and its a part of a charm :) It was hard to balance hot water pressure, it would be either boiled water in one second if one wrong move so be mindful. Note to a hotel: it was my birthday during my stay, and usually it is a nice gesture of putting a card, chocolate, complimentary little something. It is such a small thing but leaves a nice feeling to guests. I was surprised that nothing was done on a special day of your guests..

Staff are supper friendly and make you smile the moment you walk in. We were checking out early and they tried to arrange an early breakfast for us. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to connect to Netflix on TV so we chill out watching our favourite movies. Breakfast was simple but very delicious and there was something for everyone. Hotel has great location; the street is not too busy (in Hanoi old quarters standards) so noise from the road did not disturb us; there is great sandwich place and Circle K just around the connect, not to mention bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Our room was on 4th floor and was a bit dark. Light in the room is not great and I struggled to do my make up. TV was a bit small for the size of our room and distance from the bed. Walls are very thin and when people were checking in late at night (around midnight) I could hear them from reception and then they woke up everyone when they talked outside our room and slammed their doors.

One of my best hotel stay experiences in south east Asia. Can book all kind of excursions and transport (Ninh binh, Ha long etc) through the staff. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. The location is very close to walking street and beer street and train street but still peaceful and quiet. The price was extremely reasonable and it was great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and overall experience was great and would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Hanoi. 10/10

No complaints

We booked this last minute for 1 night as we had to come back from Halong Bay a day early and it was amazing. The receptionist was great and the room was clean and comfortable - bed was super comfortable. My husband needed a doctor and they called one out to the hotel for us, they also helped us with laundry and recommendations. Breakfast was tasty and location amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. If we come back to Hanoi we will definitely stay here :)

Nothing, it’s a little loud like all old buildings in Hanoi when people slam the doors, but that can’t be helped.

We stayed here for a few nights prior to our wedding and used it as a base to make arrangements and also be close to friends who were staying nearby. The hotel was clean and well presented, and the staff were honestly amazing. They were so helpful and friendly and just generally fantastic. Old quarter is generally very noisy and busy and this hotel is on a slightly quieter street whilst still being very central. I would happily stay here again if we visit again in the future. I was also quite surprised with the beds, very big and comfortable, we did have the executive suite, so I don't know if the beds were slightly larger, though. The breakfast wasn't bad either, basic, but it did the job, you can order pho and eggs to order as well which is nice.

It's not often I write reviews tbh, i only do if either everything was excellent or everything was awful. Thus i don't really have anything negative to say, we were super happy with this place.

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The place was spotless, and you could tell they take great care in keeping everything clean. Plus, the laundry service was impressively fast—I got my clothes back the same day, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service!

The breakfast could’ve had a few more options, we felt that it was quite sparse and based on previous reviews we were expecting something different

This hotel is fantastic!! The staff is one of the friendliest and most helpful hotel staffs that I have ever encountered in my years of world travel. I have to give a special mention toTran Viet! He was one of the most helpful and giving people I have ever met at any hotel. Here are some of the things that he helped me out with. He organized my 2 day cruise to Halong Bay in a private cabin with a steep discount on a last-minute request on his day off! He also literally drove me to the suitcase repair place on a motorbike after he got off from his shift. He negotiated the price for the repairs and drove me back. He also gave me great tips on where to eat and drink and hang out at night. His colleagues are amongst the friendliest I've encountered at any hotel. To top it off, the room is very chic and stylish, and very clean as well. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, the wifi is very fast, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel when you visit Hanoi.
