Remarkable hotel in the centre of the Old quarter Hanoi , 3 outstanding restaurants, amazing staff …. Way beyond 5 star ! I was so comfortable for3 days and Never a boring moment , this hotel manages to recapture the spirit of a true 5 star palace … before everything became corporate and dull ! Staff are excellent and helpful…. Breakfast was creative and delicious. Accommodation comfortable and cosy …Totally loved it ! Will be back soon

We stayed 2 nights and extended 1 more night because of the hospitality. The staffs were extremely friendly . Breakfast had enough fresh selections and we truly enjoyed ordering pho and eggs of our choices that were all included in breakfast. We discovered chic bistro cafes and cleaner street food vendors in a couple of blocks-a very convenient location for us. We walked to many tourist attractions including the Night Market and Walking street. We would like to come back!

The breakfast was good, the people attending were very friendly and attentive. It was close to many attractions to the city and easy to get to.

The hotel needs a facelift. It is looking a little tattered especially the carpets.

We fell in love with Hà Nội, and this hotel was one of the reasons why. We booked this hotel two times as we were to check in for one night, leave to go to Ha Long Bay, come back for another night, leave again to go to Ninh Bình. While we thought it would be weird, it seemed this was pretty common to the staff of Hanoi Lheritage Hotel. My was the first person we spoke to upon check in and help us arranged trip to Ha long and Ninh Binh. She accommodated our large luggage while we were gone in Ha Long and Ninh Bình. I so admire how we also kept in touch while we were in Ha Long Bay and Ninh Bình as Ms My would provide us recommendations. We had a great trip .

Good downtown location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, so helpful and polite. 2 minutes walk from Railway street and 4 minutes from the weekend night market. Booked Deluxe room (402) town view and balcony. Great size room and quality bathroom and shower, room had a solid bed with a very comfortable mattress and linen was first class and crisp. Breakfast had a good selection and found everything we wanted. 35 minutes from the airport. Hotel felt like it had recently refurbished the rooms and to a high standard. We checked out early morning and had a hot breakfast box waiting for us, lovely touch. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel is exceptional! The hotel manager, “My” was unbelievably great. She always enquired about our stay, was always helpful and went out of her way to help us in a family emergency that required one of us to go to the hospital. She helped us book a cruise trip to Ha Long Bay, but my mother fell in on the way required her to be hospitalised in a town half way there. “My” helped us book a car at reasonable rates from Hanoi to pick us up after our mother was discharged from the hospital. Other members of staff were also very helpful with exchanging money and recommending good places to visit. The hotel is conveniently located, near many trendy coffee shops, local restaurants and the famous Bahn Mi 25 sandwich shop. We had a family room with one double bed and one queen bed. Shower had good water pressure also.

The first room was quite dark, but I asked if we could change rooms and they immediately allowed us to change to a brighter room without any fuss whatsoever. So not really a negative.

Staying at this hotel was simply amazing! Location is perfect, within 5 min from the Hoan Kiem lake, walkable distance to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and we were just fine. The staff is beyond friendly, always willing to help beyond measure. To give you an idea, after we checked out, we were worried about the weight of our suitcase and we were figuring it out how to get to the airport. The people at the front desk stopped everything they were doing to pull up a map, explain how to get to the airport, and they even let us weight our suitcase to see if we would be okay. They are very friendly, nice, with exceptional quality.

I stayed in Hanoi Lheritage for our honeymoon. It was really great. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful, especially Ms My. She always help me to find good restaurants and good places to visit during my stay in Hanoi. Best hospitality! The location is really good, it’s near the beer street but the room doesn’t noisy at all.The hotel room is super clean! The bed is so nice and comfortable. And the breakfast is so gooood! Overall it was a really good experience! Super clean. Best location. Best hospitality. I definitely will stay again.

We spent a fabulous four nights here and everything was perfect: the room was clean, the design was fabulous, we had a nice balcony with a view, a large bed, and a cheap minibar. The hotel staff and the service were friendly and helpful, they let us leave the luggage there and took a shower before we left in the evening for the Sapa night train or to the airport at the end. Breakfast was also very good, we absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is also perfect, middle of the old town.

Room was large and comfortable, internet was fast and reliable. The bed and pillows were amazing! The location is great, right on the edge of the bustling old quarter. Walk a couple minutes in one direction and you'll find small off streets which are somewhat quiet, with cafes and "normal" life. Walk the opposite direction and you're in the heart of old Hanoi.

Vietnamese breakfast is better in the street than at the hotel, but it's still decent and has non-Vietnamese options like eggs, cereals, ham, cheese etc. The desk is a bit small and not well lit. The desk chair is not very comfortable, obviously this isn't an office so it's acceptable.
