Large room. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi and shower. Balcony looking at the river. Very good swimming pool (sun until early afternoon). Good breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff. The location is good: if you walk along the river walk (particularly towards town), there are several good restaurants along the river. If you walk on the street towards town, there are also cafes, restaurants, etc. Walking to old town center (the market) is about 15 minutes. Free bikes…it’s a short ride (5-10 minutes) to market area. Riding to the countryside is easy…and beach (maybe 20 minutes). [I wasn’t riding fast]. Recommended, for sure!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Riverside hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff could not do enough for us and made our stay there unforgettable. The rooms are big and spacious and are re-made by the staff every day with fresh towels and water. The location of the hotel is fabulous and the staff give you lots of recommendations e.g for shows, eating, activities, tailors etc. There was a restaurant close by that they recommended called Phang Gia that was the best meal we had during our two weeks in Vietnam, not just our few days in Hoi An! The hotel is also close by the Hoi An precious heritage museum which is a must do. Breakfast is very tasty and there are lots of options made to order as well as buffett. The pool is also very nice and we spent a day relaxing there and getting cocktails and lunch which was lovely. The service at this hotel was out of this world and way beyond what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Even up to the moment we left when they all waved us off at the entrance. They work tirelessly to make sure that guests have the very best experience and this was the best hospital we experienced during our time in Vietnam (and ever). Our 6 day stay at the hotel was perfect in every sense. The location alongside the river and just a 10 minute walk into the town was ideal. It was so relaxing to be able to sit pool side and watch the world pass by along the river. Enjoy the cooling breeze , read, snooze and dip in the swimming pool at ones leisure. It is the ideal Asian experience. Breakfast was a good wholesome selection of fresh local fruits, hot or cold dishes , tea, coffee and juice. There was nothing the staff wouldn't do to make one's dining experience the best. The general hotel decor and room spec were top class. Finally, the staff were so welcoming and genuinely friendly and wanted you to enjoy your stay from beginning to end. They would facilitate any requests or arrange trips. Absolute value for money. We will return.

I just had a seven night stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Great location just a short walk along the riverfront into the heart of the Old town. Nice to watch the river traffic go by from the balcony too. A very friendly team managing the hotel. Although the Breakfast buffet set-up was the same every day there was a good amount of choice from the a-lacarte menu.

The toilet and shower cubicles within the room and portioned by glass might not be for everyone. Fine just for me but be aware of this if you intend sharing the room with someone who might be a bit shy!

The people (Hien) and the other staff are delightful. So so helpful. The location is great , about a 10 min walk to the city action and right on the river front which is a total winner. The sunsets from the balcony are awesome with the boats going by. Rooms are spotless and everything feels very comfortable. Secure bike / motorbike parking , and a lovely pool right at the riverfront. Good breakfast too! Fresh local fruit and lots of other options if you're in the mood. I was at a different hotel in Hoi An before and I switched to come here. I'm glad I did. I'm coming back in 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's great.

I hate to even mention this, because otherwise everything was perfect, but there was a booking mixup when I extended my booking, so I had to move rooms for the last night. It's because I originally booked a double but was given a twin room (which was fine for me) but then when I extended the mismatch was discovered. That was a bit irritating as I had to repack everything and it took some time.. The second room on the ground floor was also nice as it it's basically poolside but you don't get the river view. Also the first room had great hot water. The second room didn't for some reason. Despite all this I'm coming back in 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

well dont often do reviews . In this case though louis and his wife, and staff were just fantastic. smiling everyday, couldnt do enough . Prices were very good, breakfast was great overlooking the river. The Rooms were great, good views , everything you need. We loved it so much despite the rain we extended our stay there for an extra 4days. cant recommend this place highly enough. location is great . some of the reviews weve followed on our travels around vietnam on booking .com havent always been very good . Weve travelled stayed in cheap stayed in luxury gaffs. If you want a hotel in Hoi An old town stay here you will not be dissapointed. Tell louis Mr Stephen sent you. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Riverside White house. Noi was amazing. He was helpful and always happy to have a chat (I was on my own). The rooms are spacious and well thought out... The shower was the best I'd ever had in Asia, there was plenty of storage space, and a large area where you can work or set up a laptop etc. The Balcony was a great place to sit and watch the boats go by on the river. I was very comfortable!!! For breakfast, there is a menu for hot food you can get cooked to order alongside the normal offerings. The location, for me, was perfect. It's a pleasant stroll of around 10 minutes down the riverside into the centre of town. The walk at sunset was particularly nice. There's a convenience store very close to the hotel, and plenty or eating and drinking establishments nearby too. All in all I couldn't have asked for better at this price point.

Everything about my stay was perfect. First of all, Hien, at reception, is lovely! Right off the bat, she gave me excellent suggestions on what to do and eat. And later, when she noticed I wasn't feeling well (picked up a cold after many days of travel), she gave me really caring advice. So, not only was the staff amazing, but the room was even better than I imagined. It was big, clean, and had plentiful AC (Hoi An was hot!). But the best part of the room was the balcony and its wonderful view. The hotel is a quick walk to everything, but it was also quiet--which I loved. Oh, and breakfast was yummy! I'd definitely recommend the Riverside White House Hotel!

I was happy with everything.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted, which was somewhere close to the old town, but also quiet and relaxing. Lovely clean rooms, with views over the pool and river. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was help yourself to pastries, fruit and coffee, and they took orders for hot food which was cooked fresh. Delicious. The pool is clean and refreshing, with pool lounges lined up to take advantage of the river view. A great spot to sit and watch lanterns float by! Easy walking distance to the old town, restaurants, shops, markets etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike!

A lovely hotel on the riverfront but away from the hustle and bustle. There were some nice cafes/eateries very close to the hotel so no need to go into the old town for a meal if you didn't want to. There was also a small supermarket conveniently located just metres away to pick up a few supplies. The lantern boats went past the hotel each night and were lovely to watch from our balcony. Breakfast was tasty with quite a few choices. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
