We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Asia, and this has to be one of the best! The hotel facilities, the staff, the location, breakfast buffet - all was great! It was nice to be out of the old town, but still very close. Also a nice bike ride to the beach through the rice paddies. The staff were amazing - we had our one year old with us and he adored the staff, and they were so accomodating. I had to see a doctor while there, and the hotel helped organise it (within minutes!), there were bikes, umbrellas when raining, everything you could need!

No doubt about it the reception/ concierge staff were amazing 10/10! They always looked so well groomed and professional. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. On checking in they go through their facilities, local food spots, whats near by. The pool is a beautiful area, clean fresh towels always available. I read alot about kids being loud in the pool we were lucky when we stayed there wasn’t any kids, i found everyone was respectful and mindful of their volume. The beds are very comfortable, the free daily water is a huge plus. Block out curtains were amazing. Breakfast was good being able to customise your eggs is a great way to start the day. Wifi was very good. Grounds are very well kept. Location is great everything was a short grab ride or within walking distance.

Get TV streaming on all tvs this is a must! These aren’t necessarily bad just some feedback…Everyone comes down for happy hr so maybe have at least one staff member taking pool orders. I found myself wanting to have pool and cocktail days and no one once asked if i wanted anything to drink instead 3 staff stood in an empty bar/restaurant talking. This was everyday. Or maybe get an qr code ordering system by the pool. The push on the Wednesday bbq buffet is slightly annoying i did get asked by 3 different staff members if i was interested in the dinner and even one staff member after i had finished breaky followed me to the elevator talking about it. The doors with ramp access please keep both doors open it was so annoying having to open the half side of the door every single time.

The staff were absolutely amazing at this hotel. Right from the initial check in, Thuan and Quynh helped us to feel at home and informed of all the things to do while in Hoi An. They checked in with us daily to ensure that we had things to do and answer any questions we may have had. The hotel is in a fantastic location, nestled amongst great restaurants and cafes. Only a short distance to the old town too. Hotel rooms were lovely and the breakfast was good. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the beautiful pool too. We chose to do a cooking class offered by the hotel. Nhi accompanied us to the local market to purchase ingredients and the hotel chefs assisted us to make rice paper rolls, papaya salad and fish cooked in banana leaf. We did a lantern making class and visited My Son Sanctuary as well as visiting numerous restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Couldn't fault this hotel. Highly recommend. Will definitely return when we visit again in the future.

The staff were exceptional especially Mei at reception who was extremely helpful with arranging shuttles, day tours and massages for us. She always greeted us with a big smile and so keen to help. The location was near Old Town as well but it was way too hot and humid to walk. A nice cafe over the road with great coffee so that was handy. Massages at the spa were awesome and very reasonably priced.

The pillows were too firm but when I told reception they did give me a soft pillow on day 2. I personally do not like shower over bath. in this case the water splattered out onto the bathroom floor tiles. Buffet breakfast was ok with limited choices of food.

Friendly and welcoming staff (Stella and My especially were excellent hosts), great pool, relaxing vibe, varied and well stocked breakfast suitable for western and asian tastes, on site affordable spa, comfortable room (we stayed in a family connecting door room), shops opposite including small minimart, easy to take a grab taxi to the old town border.

It is too hot to walk into the old town in the daytime in the summer months until about 6pm. Would be absolutely fine otherwise! Coffee at breakfast needs improving, as we like hot coffee! Otherwise, nothing else to improve upon! Hope this hotel remains a secret!

e organised to stay at Hadana with our family, as we were celebrating our mums 60th I would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. The staff are incredible, the rooms are spacious and clean. The views stunning and the food great if you need to just chill by the pool Everyone is so helpful and we stayed with 2 of our kids (3 years old and 6 years old) and the family room was perfect for us. We felt like we have found our second home here in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet is excellent and a great variety of choice. If you need to have a sunset drink before heading the the ancient city, the bar is great and the staff wonderful. We ended up extending for another night because we were so chilled The hotel recommended Ba Na Hills and it was such fun and such an excellent experience. We going to miss this hotel

Nothing - and I’ve done a fair bit of travel around Asia

The staff were friendly and helpful. They took the time when we arrived to explain everything that we can do around. They organised transfer for us and the driver were nice. We love the coconut village tour they have organised for us. The person at the guest service was absolutely amazing. We loved the room too.

The food was not great at the restaurant, but they were helpful when we told them. They went above and beyond to understand the issue. While we loved most of their recommendations, we didn't like the Tailor they recommended. I was very sad and upset about the clothes.

Everything was excellent. Attentive staff, always present, kind and helpful, remmembered our names and the room number. It's a little thing but makes it very personal. The rooms was beautifully designed, spacious with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and offered items that were carefully prepared. They had a small gym, kids room to play in. They offered free bikes for guests (they even had one with a baby seat which we've used). I absolutely adored their robes and was happy to learn that I can buy it (which I did!).

It was clean, I had the top floor room facing rice fields away from the lift so was very quiet. Staff are all really accommodating and so helpful, Nhi is really lovely. In one morning we had an early trip and they gave us take away boxes to pack some breakfast in. Great location, walking distance to lots of things (highly recommended a trip to Bebe tailors which is an 8 min walk) breakfast has a good selection of Vietnamese, western and lots of fruit. I really recommend taking up the massage, I opted for the bamboo one and it was hands down the best massage I had in 15 days of travelling Vietnam. I didn’t use the pool as we were out and about a lot and the shuttle wasn’t operating so we didn’t end up doing the beach but taxis are so cheap it’s not a budget buster if you need to hop in one. Happy hour is also worth it!!

Th location is premium close to the city center and the rice field. You can rent for free the bicycles and stroll around the island very easily. The breakfast is nice with a lot to choose between western and Asian with fresh eggs option. The swimming pool area is cozy and the staff is just amazing. You can try the restaurant for lunch/ dinner and it has a great choice. The room is big and with all what you can need. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the swimming pool and it was nice to chill in the evening.

The gym is not well equipped; there are not enough dumbbells and missing some basic equipment like a bench.
