Everything! This property is exactly as displayed in the pictures- beautiful internal courtyard and pool, very clean and fancy rooms and in a literally perfect location to explore Hoi An. Before we even arrived, one of the staff (Ahn) was in contact via messenger- she was arranging transport for us from Danang airport when we arrived, but I had mentioned we would be getting the train on our checkout date from Danang. She asked if we would like her to book train tickets- as they can sell out. She arranged all of this for us before we arrived and then our journey from Hoi An to Hue was seamless. Really appreciated that they went above and beyond to help us have the best stay and then a smooth transit. Property is just gorgeous- I will dream of sitting by the pool among the bonsai trees for a long time!

Nothing. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in Hoi An, and will stay there again if we return one day!

The villa and facilities were lovely - the room was big and very clean, there was a fridge and TV in the room, and the window looked over the lovely pool area. The aircon and ceiling fan worked well. The villa itself is a short walk out of the Ancient Town of Hoi An - just far enough to be nice and quiet in the evenings, but there are still restaurants and shops and amenities very close. Breakfasts had a variety of local and international dishes, with eggs made on request. All the staff were friendly and welcoming - it felt like staying with friends rather than at a hotel.

Everything was lovely, but one thing that could be tweaked was that the hot water ran out before finishing showers. I couldn't fill the bathtub more than a quarter before the hot water turned cold. I couldn't open the bathroom window to let the damp out after a shower (may have been my inexperience with the window latch) and there was no exhaust fan.

I had a lovely time in this place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff is very kind, always smiling, and ready to help. There are free bicycles which are great for moving around the area or for a quick trip. The location is great because the hotel is very close (a quick walk) to the main parts of the old town, however, it's quiet and less crowded/hectic. Breakfast was good, all we needed was there. We purchased a transfer from and to the airport through the hotel as we wanted a reliable option and it was exactly that. Would recommend.

The only thing I can think of is that in the mornings we were woken up by the crowing roosters, but I did not mind it, it was charming. :) However if that is something you are not a fan of, perhaps you can ask for a room with a different location to avoid that. :)

We loved this place and would stay there again if we return to the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful and calming even though it’s in a busy area, and the room was big with everything we needed! The plants are really pretty and make you forget you’re in the city and not a beachside resort. The breakfast was a selection of western and local options, with an appropriate range for the size of the place. Everything we tried was really tasty! They arranged laundry and transfers for us at a great price, and there are bikes available you can take out whenever you want. They also kindly made sure someone was available for us to check in at 11pm for no extra charge which we really appreciated!

Little Town Villa is a wonderful place to stay while in Hoi An. It located in a fantastic part of town a few minutes to the Ancient Town. A lovely building with a great pool, very comfortable rooms an awesome breakfast selection. But what keeps me coming back is the most amazing and friendly staff! Reception staff are very happy to arrange tours or recommend places to eat or shop. The fabulous girls who do the breakfast always greet you with a smile and prepare very good hot dishes made to order. Everyone is incredibly helpful and guests are treated like family. Honestly it’s is just a great place to spend your time in Hoi An.

It is beautiful, so clean and well maintained. There is a pool that is clean and has bonsai around it and lovely decorations. It is set back from the road so it is peaceful. The staff are very welcoming. The owner runs a tailor next door as well! The receptionist organised a car for us to the airport and the driver was very good. Rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed here during the typhoon and were glad about this as it was so comfortable. The breakfast is really tasty. Eggs are prepared fresh to order, has toast, fruit, pastries, pancakes, smoothies etc.

No issues at all, would definitely come back here if I come back to Hoi An.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The property is lovely, and the staff made our stay truly special with their friendliness and warm hospitality. The location is ideal—just a few corners away from the bustling downtown area. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy the convenience of being close to the downtown while staying in a quieter, more peaceful setting away from the noise. The owner, in particular, was incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed—helping us rent a motorbike and even offering to pack breakfast for our early departure. Little gestures like these make so much difference. The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable rooms, all necessary amenities and our room had a balcony. The breakfast was good, banana pancakes were the best. :)

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of options and everything was tasty and fresh. The hotel did our laundry, it came back smelling amazing, the price was good and it only took 24 hours! The staff were friendly, kind and assisted us with so much. I would definitely stay here in the future. Hotel was not far from Old Quarter which was great, loved going for a walk and see the sights.

I could not say that there was anything that I did not like.

A lovely small family run hotel with friendly and extremely helpful owners and staff. Short walking distance to the Old Town. Pool to cool off in the afternoon. Good breakfast. What else does one need? Well, the owner also has an excellent tailor shop next door with quality work and quality fabrics. We had several things made.

If you have mobility issues, just be sure to get a ground floor room as there is no elevator. We were on the 3rd and top floor and it was fine for us, but be aware if you can’t do stairs.

I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay here more. The staff here were beyond helpful and nice to deal with. The room was amazing with an amazing bath and rainfall shower. It was like a mini paradise especially with the pool outside. The hotel breakfast was amazing and the staff were super accommodating to feed us even when we woke up outside breakfast hours. They arranged our laundry to be washed and taxis. Also got clothes made in their tailor shop next store. Definitley coming back someday. Already miss the place. Such a nice atmosphere and vibe there
