I loved everything about my stay, so much so that I extended it for another week. The host is asolutely amazing. Helpful, accommodating, friendly, very sweet, English well spoken. Also helps with tours/trips/site-seeing activities and shows you delicious local food restaurants to try. There is no elevator, but the host carried my bags upstairs to my room. :) I also checked-in earlier at no extra cost. Perfect for solo-travellers and families. Very quiet, eventhough it is a 5 minute walk from the Old Town and the hustle and bustle. So many restaurants around the villa, so you do not have to walk far for local and affordable food. Tons of Mini Marts around. Lantern boats rides a mere 3 minute walk. Very close to all the bars with live music and great views too. The Lune Centre is also very closeby to watch cultural shows. The pool was really nice and always clean. You can ask the host to position the umbrella over the pool as the pool is directly in the sun in the afternoon. There is also a sunbed to relax on next to the pool. Pool in shade in the morning and late afternoon. The (free) Wifi was fast, never had any problems. They do offer motorbike, bicycle and laundry services at an affordable rate. Free filtered drinking water in the kitchen at the front desk. The aircon I had in my room was powerful. There is also a little fridge that works great. Flat Screen TV with selected channels. Blackout curtains. Rooms are very clean and spacious, big shower with hot and cold water. Fresh towels and housekeeping every day. Definitely value for money. This is my home away from home, I am sad to leave, but I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed this little gem of a homestay hotel. We were treated so warmly upon arrival and our rooms were spacious with larger than normal bathrooms and wonderful showers. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was small but clean and refreshing. The location was great, a short walk to the old town and to the lively bars and restaurants, but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Be aware that there is no elevator, but otherwise everything was fantastic!

An incredible experience indeed. The pricing was great value for the location and the quality of the room and amenities. The room was spacious and well decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. What made my stay truly memorable was the exceptional service, especially from Ms. Min, the villa manager. She went above and beyond with her excellent suggestions on how to make the most of my visit. If you're visiting Hoi An, I highly recommend this villa. The prime location, great value, and outstanding service make it a perfect choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Flamingo Villa Homestay in Hoi An. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the charm of Hoi An. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed and offering helpful tips for navigating the area. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this lovely homestay to anyone visiting Hoi An.

I absolutely loved my stay at Flamingo Villa Homestay! The hosts were always willing to help and offered great advice on local attractions. The atmosphere felt so welcoming and homey, making it easy to relax. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient—just a short 200 meters from Hoi An Old Town and Temple Bridge, which made exploring the area a breeze. The large outside pool was the perfect spot for sunbathing, adding to the overall fantastic experience!

I loved the place! Very comfortable and new. There is also a kitchen to be used. The host was truly amazing and helped me with tours, transfers and good places to go and eat; I was sick the day I arrived and offered to get me some medicine. I was happy to have chosen them. It’s really close to the center without being noisy.

It would have been nice to receive bottled water in the room and to have some bikes to rent or use for free.

The price of breakfast is cheaper than other places, local food is quite delicious. Next door is a popular but cheap restaurant. Suitable for families. If you don't know what to eat in Hoi An, you can stop by the restaurant next door to eat. Extremely delicious! The host is extremely friendly, the surroundings are quiet, not as noisy as other places, so I slept quite well. The space is airy and more spacious than nearby hotels. If you are a person who is afraid of narrow spaces, you should definitely choose this place. The weather in Hoi An is very hot, so finding a cool homestay like this is very difficult.

Although the interior is not as modern as other places, it is still fine and functions normally. The owner is upgrading so hopefully next time it will be better.

The location is perfect. A five minute walk from the heart of old town yet nice and quiet. Room was big and bright and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The swimming pool was most welcome on the hot days

Sometimes at night the taxis may not be able to reach the hotel but it’s only a five minute easy walk

The rooms were big, bright, super comfortable and emaculately clean! The owner Mi is so nice and helpful, you feel right at home. The pool is clean and nice to lounge by, and the property super close to walk to the ancient town. My absolute favourite place to stay in Hoi An, and I will be back! Highly recommended!
