Family owned accommodation that was perfect location for us in Hoi An. 10 min walk to old town and lots of food options around. The beach was also an easy grab drive away. The staff were accommodating and we booked a reasonably priced day trip to My Son and transport to Da Nang through them.

The big shower head didn’t work properly but this was easily fixed by using the hand held shower head. The shower is not separated to the toilet so everything can get wet but we were okay with this so it depends on your preference.

Owners are amazing. He always help with a bright smile on his face. Room is great and clean. Location is also nice since it's quite closed to the old city as well as local morning market. It's also recommended to book a tour or airport pickup with the hotel directly. Price isn't much different than booking it on your own but much more convenient. And you won't be scammed from the taxi at the airport like us too :( The only issue I have with this hotel is hot shower. It's quite weak. But overall totally recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for an affordable hotel to stay in Hoian.

Staff was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. Laundry service perfect, which came very handy. As Hoi An was halfway through our holidays it allowed us to to resume our travel fresh. Outstanding location and price. This place is within walking distance of all places. For this price it's just an incredible deal. Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommended.

The only detail, which for us was not an issue, but you may want to be aware of is the bathroom facility in our room. The bathroom, shower and toilet, is divided from the room only by a glass wall covered by drapes. It does not provide total privacy while in the toilet as a separate room would. You may want to consider this particular depending on the level of intimacy you have with your roommates, if any.

The staff were very friendly. They arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport which was cheap and on time. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The aircon worked well. There was YouTube on the TV which was great for researching my next destination. Tea and coffee in the room. The property is a 10 minute walk from town this meant it was quieter at night. No complaints from me 😊

WiFi was a little hot and miss however the weather was not great during my stay so this could have been the reason... Everything else was great.

Clean and comfortable stay. Very happy with the accommodation. Staff were lovely and helpful, especially when we extended our stay they were very accompdating. The location was a short walk to the river and old town. We did a clothes wash which was a good and quick service.

Shower makes everything in the bathroom wet so some flip-flops might be useful but we'd stay there again everything else was good.

Everything went well there. Airport pickup worked perfectly! The place is in a perfect location, the room is really comfortable and cozy. The staff staff helped me with early check-in/ check-out. Free bicycles available at the property - which is super helpful in Hoi An, since it made easy to reach places like the beaches, and the Coconut Village.

The shower had a bit less pressure than what I would like, and I found hard to get the perfect temperature (neither hot or cold).

Great location only a short walk from the old town. Free bikes to use to get around were a nice bonus. Manager is helpful when booking transport, hiring a motorbike… Room was a good size and AC worked well. There is a communal space in the 2nd floor with a microwave you can use too.

Windows do not have flyscreens on them. A water fountain or filter at the reception area would be good too. The manager did supply us with cold filtered water whenever we asked though.

The staff were so inviting and very helpful at all hours! They even offer a laundry service which we used for a very good price! would 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Hoi An as it’s very close to the centre! If I ever visit Hoi An again, I would return to this property!

Great value, very close to old town Hoi An. Room and bed were quite comfortable. Affordable laundry service and free bike lending also offered at the hotel.

Shower was not mixing hot and cold water very well, but the weather was hot, so it was no problem. Maybe a problem in colder weather.

The staff is amazing. Even though they do not speak fluent english, their service and hospitality is impeccable. They were beyond helpful when I needed to book transportation to Da Lat - the owner even made sure I got on the bus and was doing well after she helped me book a nightbus

The beds are a bit hard. But that is up to preference - so I can’t complain about that. Overall amazing hotel experience.
