The staff were the best. Ms. Snow in particular was amazing - she felt like a good friend by the time I left. They always offered me so many suggestions for food and activities and I even booked a day on the Cham Islands for a day trip which I recommend. Also the pool area is beautiful and I met some amazing people. A special mention to the free shuttle drivers who took me to the old town and back and is all included in the stay and the drivers were so nice and friendly too. Beautiful spot between to city and the beach, alongside rice fields too. Thanks for having me I will definitely come back!

Incredible staff, just to name a few that were exceptional - Sylvia, Ken, Jasmine, and Phoebe who went above and beyond but everyone was amazing and so welcoming! Pools are wonderful, breakfast is excellent, free shuttle to beach and town is very nice! Facilities are very good and clean and the rooms are large. Good location - 20 minute nice walk in to old town and located in nice quiet area with some great restaurants at very reasonable prices located nearby. We spent a month and couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

This is the second time I have stayed here, away from the old town but with so many tourists around it's nice to be away from the bustle , the shuttle bus runs reguarly to the old town so you don't miss any of the sites but it's nice to come back to the hotel away from the crowds great just relaxing by the pool the hotel is a bit dated but the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome Miss Snow at checkin is so happy when you check in and greets you with such a lovely smile and very helpfull, Jasmine and the resturant staff are also friendly and the food service is great Loved my stay at sincerity !

Pool area needs an upgrade and perhaps the rooms need a makeover

Everything was great! Lovely big room, great facilities, made good use of the pool and the gym. Both a good size and decent equipment in the gym. Also had a lovely massage in the spa. Service was next level, everyone super friendly and super helpful. To top it all off was the shuttle bus service into town and to the beach where they provide towel and have a private section with loungers and parasols. Highly recommend and would for sure go back. Thank you for a great stay.

Make your trip easier and staying here The hotel Staffs EVERYONE are very friendly and have very good service mind. We are stay one night during Hoi-an visit. Front desk person of (4-May-24 around 5pm) are very friendly smile and also do a good explaination with service mind. (The welcome drinks are very refreshing as well!) ★ Tom the bellman staff are very helpful he also help us planing and booking shuttle bus to Night market. ★ Once we return. We found the last trip shuttle bus from Night Market. The staff there are very helpful even the van are full and we didn't book in advance. He takes me and my family to a smaller car and drive us back to the hotel. Every staff in the hotel including house keeping, staff in breakfast area are really really helpful. Once we check out we decided to leave a luggage with the hotel. ★ Dolphine the bellman are also very + and taking care the luuggage for us. He give advise for travel in ancient town area as Once we check out we decided to leave a luggage with the hotel. ★ Snow are also helpful and very calm even we have alot of payment process. If you guys are deciding. Please don't and choose this place. They have a shuttle to beach and market and they will help your trip easier.

We had a wonderful stay in Hoian Sincerity hotel during our trip to Hoi An. The hotel location is perfect. It is not far from the old town and there are many different restaurants around. There is also a playground in front of the hotel for the kids. The swimming-pool is very nice and clean. What we love the most about Sincerity hotel is the very kind, friendly and helpful staffs. They are always there to help and try to make you feel like home ❤️. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. You can have fresh and hot noodle soup every morning cooked with loves. We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff was very friendly, helpful, and speaks English very well. They helped us with booking tours, setting up transportation, and gave us recommendations for things to do in the city. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam. The rooms were very clean. The location is very practical: 1.4km from the old town, and 3km from the beach. We did everything by bike, using the free bicycles from the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel has a collaboration with a beach club, where you can use towels and sunbeds for free. We spend a lot of our time there. Special thanks to: Flora, Silvia, and Win!

This is a wonderful hotel and I feel very fortunate to have stayed. It included a free hours massage which was most relaxing. Breakfast had a good choice with very attentive staff. My room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. Special mention to Flower and Snow for their great help and assistance. I’m so glad the recommended Teh Dah, the Bamboo Theatre were I saw the most stunning performance All members of staff were very friendly and courteous. Definitely a 5 Star stay.

Return visitors - staff are personable and lovely - they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Big shout-out to Hieu and Flora at front desk, also Ken (Tiger). Also big thanks to Gin and Jasman (Restaurant Managers) for their service who we met on a previous visit. All the staff are lovely, kind, and caring and really work hard to ensure our stay is perfect. This hotel has lovely large rooms and a great swimming pool especially if you want to do lengths. The hotel is between the old town and the beach so it is a perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of cafes/restaurants in walking distance. A shuttle is available but you can hire motorbikes from a small family business just across the park. Breakfasts are amazing, got to try the Vietnamese ice coffee and the croissants are the best have tried. Thank you Sincerity, you are the BEST.

Everything was great.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hoi An Sincerity Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay there again. The hotel is located out of the old city which may deter some people but to overcome this they have shuttle busses running into the city and to the beach regularly each day. Also the Hotel is only a 10 minute walk to old city so you have the option to walk in and then catch the shuttle back. There are several smaller restaurant located near the hotel which are worth a visit. We tried the restaurant in the Hotel several times where the food was excellent and priced at a level that made it worthwhile eating there if that suited you. We used the pool each day which is large and well maintained, we swam mid morning and late in the afternoon to keep out of the hot sun. They have a seats around the pool that provide relief from the sun. There is a Gym that is a bonus that was regularly used. The cost of the hotel is value for money for what is provided. The breakfasts are a buffet style consisting of both traditional western food and was a highlight of the morning. Customer service is a high priority at this hotel with all staff being very proficient. All staff go the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Special thanks to Flora, Vicki, Jasmine, Chris, Michael, Ken and Gin and all others that looked after us. We look forward to our next visit.
