The staff were warm, welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in maximising our experience. They provided so much information about the area, not only at our check in but on a day to day basis. They remembered our names from the day we arrived and they went out of their way to make us feel as we were their special guest. We loved the food in the restaurant which was of very high quality. We only ate there in the mornings as we had a busy agenda but it was a highlight of our day.

The location was a little further out than what we thought however on a positive note the neighbourhood was quiet. Had the weather been better during our stay we wouldn’t have found this an issue as free bikes were included and readily available. The courtesy bus transport was super handy

The staff are fabulous. Silvia, flora and Win were all very kind, helpful, excellent English and made our stay very pleasant. Brilliant hotel - very spacious and clean. Has character. Doesn’t feel corporate. Great location - 20 mins walk to old town - nice to not be right on the middle of all the tourists. Also close to the beach. Download grab app and get a cab very easily and safely. Great breakfast service. Excellent massage. Rooms really spacious. Very reasonably priced. The pool was always empty and although a bit cooler in January, it’s a lot warmer than the uk right now and we loved having a swim.

Not really anything. I loved it. The local karaoke nearby was a bit noisy but it was always finished by 10pm. No problems at all.

I loved how beautiful, clean the rooms were (not common in Vietnam to have this level of cleanliness) and friendly, (they spoke English too) the staff were. Breakfast was also pretty good! Pool and spa were nice, but water was cold so we didn’t swim. It’s more expensive than other hotels in Hoi A but it’s worth it! They were very helpful with tours or directions to do things. I would love to come back again.

Location is a bit far from old town, walkable but takes a bit.. they have a free shuttle which is nice. I had a purifying facial and it just felt like she washed my face for an hour. Left hair oily, eye makeup was half off, and no extractions or things that help combo skin. Nice massaging and people but not the best. They also left some products on our face (not fully cleaned them) so if you do - make sure you clean your face before going back out. My friend and I enjoyed it but for the price I expected a deeper cleanse. We don’t recommend the coconut boat tour, not because of hotel- but we do recommend the lantern boat ride in the old town.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, always making sure we were ok and quick to help. Staff organised an airport shuttle for us at a reasonable price. Room was huge and very comfortable. Nice, clean boutique hotel. Our room (room 606) had a lovely view of the pool area. Staff were great and couldn’t do enough. Enjoyed using the free bikes to cycle round the vegetable village and to the beach. Beach towels also provided by the hotel and there’s a beach bar they have which gives free beach beds which was an added extra. The hotel gives lots of recommendations for restaurants, tailors and tours.

It’s a little out of town, a good 20 minute walk on and off pavements. On the plus side, there is a shuttle into town and to the beach but these stop at 9pm which felt a bit early. A grab car was only £1 or so though.

The proximity to the old town and the hospitality. The staff were extremely lovely when we arrived and gave us a great briefing about Hoi An and what to expect with the locals. There is a free hourly shuttle from the hotel to the Clothing market and the Old town. Given, a couple of us are vegans in the family we did not feel that we did not have enough options. There was plenty of food in the buffet breakfast and the in-room food service and laundry services was exceptional too. Thank you again for having us and we will definitely visit again!!

This property has many excellent features: comfortable beds, extensive breakfast buffet, clean and spacious pools, clean facilities, warm and friendly staff, and a nice location near the action but not close enough to feel stressed. There is a free shuttle available to the town and beach, though the times are a bit inconvenient. Grab is easy enough and affordable. Upon arrival, the staff made recommendations for tours, tailors, transport, etc. While it was helpful, I also think one can do their own research. The overall facility was kept clean and is well-maintained. There are plenty of lounge chairs at the pool - which we loved! At times, the breakfast buffet was quite busy, but the staff restocked and cleaned throughout the morning. There could be a few more vegetarian/vegan options, and it would be helpful to label allergens in the foods. The dishes did rotate a bit, and others were served every day during our 6 day stay. The staff were smiley and kind, and provided exceptional service. Whatsapp is conveniently used if you need to make a reservation or ask a question. Overall, we loved our stay at this property!

The gym is very small. At most, two people can comfortably work out at the same time. While the bathtub was nice, the overall design of the bathroom is problematic. I would not recommend for those with a physical impairment or concern, or for elderly. The surface was quite slippery and flooded easily. This made getting out of the shower problematic and unsafe. Despite this we still think the property is a great value and the rest of the property makes up for it - especially the bed.

Anio was an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations all around. Major shoutout to Lucky, who was an incredibly friendly and informative receptionist, but all of the other staff members were extremely warm and friendly as well. The rooms were extremely clean & spacious, and the breakfast was excellent- one of my all time fav hotel breakfast experiences for sure! They also have free bike rental service which made exploring the city super easy and convenient.

If I'm really being nit picky here, my only complaint was that the few shops the hotel recommended as being "reasonably priced" was most definitely on the pricier end / quite expensive for local standards, and it was quite obvious that the hotel gets commissioned for recommending those exact spots, because all of the shops ask us how we found out about their stores & make us write which hotel we're staying at.

Everything, we have no complaint at all. More than perfect. Swimming pool, cocktail bar, shuttle bus, servicies, attention, food quality… all the stuff in the hotel has been excellent. The staff have been very kind, helpful and professionals. We can’t name specially one member because everyone has been delightful. We don’t remember his name, but the driver who came to pick us up in the airport and has been driving the shuttle, has taken care of us, and been very kind, thank you! Totally recommended Our recommendation is to stay in this hotel, as long as it is in a peaceful location with a perfect shuttle service to the old town. The old town is crawled, busy, noisy, it is crazy to stay there, so you can’t find a minute of silence. Thank you everyone!

Everything was perfect

The hotel staff was amazing. All employees were friendly and helped with everything needed. The breakfast was very good and varied, the best during my vacation in Vietnam. The pool area was so beautiful and calm. There were two different pools next to each other and it feels like one was more for people who wanted to relax and other one was for families and kids to play in. Good combo for everyone.

The only downside was the damp/musty smell in the room. It wasn't about cleanliness, because the rooms were cleaned well, but more about the moisture build up in the wooden structures/furniture. Fortunately, the air conditioning effectively removed the smell.
