The staff go above and beyond. The sweet receptionist is super enthusiastic and will go the extra mile to accommodate any requests or concerns you have. Room was spacious and beds are comfy! Cleaning done and fresh towels given daily. Free bikes and umbrellas which were amazing saving us lots of money, close to 2 delicious restaurants and lots of spas. 15 minutes ride from both the beach and the old town. Free filtered water is also provided.

My friend and I were in room 301 and both ended up with a couple of bed bug bites. Hope they’ve fixed that now. The room also had a bit of a damp smell, but that’s normal in slightly older buildings Vietnam.

The room was nice, as was the bathroom. It was nice to have a refrigerator in my room. The hotel had free bikes, but some of them were not that great (old brakes, weird saddle,...). But as I'm from a biking country, most bikes abroad aren't great to my standards :) The location is a bit further from the centre, but the bikeride is nice. And you can always take a grab if you don't want to bike yourself. Good deal on transport to Da Nang.

The aircon had a bit of trouble to cool the room and smelled like pee in the beginning. It was better by the end, and I mentioned it to the crew, who said they were going to check it out.

The place is in a nice side street away from any hustle and bustle. It’s a grab taxi to town and close to the rice fields. They have bikes you can take for free to cycle out. Rosie’s is a really nice place to eat as well as the vegetarian place across from there. Within 2 mins walk. The room is a good size and air con is great. Comfortable. The staff are super friendly and the pool is great for a dip. Oh and you can get a transfer from the airport for a good price

The kettle in our room was broken. It worked but you had to make sure you turned it off. There was a few bits under the bed from someone else that hadn’t been cleaned. And, it would be really good if they served breakfast. BUT don’t let any of this put you off. It’s a really nice stay

This little Hotel is an absolute Gem, tucked away from the main street, but not far away from the old town. You can get free bicycles to explore town and also the rice fields. What made our stay so special was the owner Phuc! From the minute we got in, to the moment we left, he helped us and sat down with us, if needed something. Especially when we had trouble with booking our train to Hue, he came from the city back to the hotel, even that he was put with friends and it was late in the evening. He also ended up using his own credit card to make the train booking work! He is the perfect how good service and hospitality can make a difference!

Comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, nice swimming pool, room was cleaned daily and fresh towel provided, only 3 beds in my dorm room so I got a great night's sleep, en suit bathroom, some great food places nearby - especially for breakfast. Personal light and plug socket by each bed, lockers in room, curtains around beds, very good shower.

No water refill facility available so you have to buy a plastic bottle each time. Not a particularly social place. I got on well with my dorm mates, but there isn't really much opportunity to meet other travellers whilst staying here.

Stayed in both the hostel and private room here. Excellent value for money. The hostel room was like a hotel room, so clean, bright and peaceful (bonus that there are no bunk beds). Private room was equally as comfortable. The staff here are amazing - the lady on reception during the day was so helpful and personal my entire stay (sorry i’ve forgotten your name!!). Great location between the beach and the old town and free bikes to use. Nice pool area and cutest little dog too. Felt really at home and relaxed here and will definitely be back next time i’m in Hoi An.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room is exactly as it looks, very clean and well presented. Big and very comfortable bed. A lovely balcony, overlooking the pool and the quiet street. Great shower and air conditioning unit. The staff were so lovely and friendly, they really did everything to make sure we had a great time and were well looked after - Thank you!! They offered to clean our room every day and provided fresh towels and water. The whole property is very clean and well looked after, it was peaceful and enjoyable. We used the pool a few times, when it was particularly warm and it was lovely to just be in the cool water. Not quite big enough to have a proper swim, but perfect for relaxing. We borrowed the bicycles one day, which were free for guests to use. Can't emphasize how great it is here. Thank you for being some hospitable 🙏 Bonus point for how truly comfortable the bed was. After travelling for some time, it truly was a luxury to have such a comfy bed, we spent as much time as we could in there 😂 The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the old town, but don't let that out you off. It is surrounded by very affordable and great restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes and shops. Everything that you need and we found a lot of it to be slightly cheaper than in the old town. If we find ourselves in Hoi An again in the future, we'll definitely be back. 💖 Chelsea & Sid xxx

One of the best places in south Asia till now. Is not a hostel, is a very good hotel with triple bed rooms, separated with heavy curtains. The room itself and bathroom are super new and modern. New bicycles available and free. Food tour organized by the team. The best of that place are the team, I've never seen such a kind, helpful, professional team like them. They helped me solving various issues with flight, hostel, tours without even asking. Beautiful people that made my stay exceptional. Absolute 10!!

Just finished a fantastic stay at Grand Holiday Villa. Firstly, the rooms were as lovely and clean as the photos advertised. The host Phuc, was very wellcoming and helpful from the first day, explaining the how the hotel is situated between (1.5km)Hoi An centre and (3km)An Bang beach. The free use of the hotel bikes 🚲. Great recommendation of local eateries. We loved it so much l stayed an extra two nights 😄

Absolutely nothing

The hotel is in a quieter area of the city and there are bikes available for free to get to the old town. I believe it’s a new hotel as everything was very clean. I booked the dorm and ended up having it to myself so it was a steal. I didn’t swim but the pool looked clean. The best part is the staff though, they’re extremely friendly and helpful.
