Me Nan was a fantastic host and would highly recommend this property a little issue with the shower water but didn’t change our thoughts of the property

Check the hot/ cold water in shower , the cold water seemed to come and go

I loved everything about the place! The staff were amazingly hospitable and welcoming and helped me with all my travel arrangements in Hoi An (local tour to the Coconut Village, transport to Danang etc) - Credit to Mr Chau, Mr Nam and the team for everything that they did for me. They also allowed me to see the rooms before checking in and if I can recommend go for the Super Deluxe Room - cozy and has a balcony that looks out to the river. The room was also tastefully appointed and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever experienced (didn't want to leave the room!). The bath room was clean, well fitted and there was also a bath tub. Location could not have been better - just a mere 3-minute walk to the Ancient Town but you are still spared from the hustle and bustle and noise of the crowd. So convenient and you can also use their bicycles for free (available on a first come first serve basis but I was able to use it every time I wanted to). Wi-Fi is excellent. Can't really find any fault with the place really and it was definitely great value for money! I booked for one night initially but ended up staying for 2 nights since I was so pleased with the place! Do yourself a favour and stay here if you are ever in Hoi An or planning to come to Hoi An (which is an incredibly charming and lovely town full of colours and rich in history). Thanks for a great stay again Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel and Spa.

Perhaps the breakfast variety could be improved and maybe offer more choices for Vegetarian/Halal options.

The room was lovely, overlooking the river and only a short walk to the old town. Mr Nam and the rest of the staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was good, a nice selection of fresh food. The pool was just the right temp and the beds were in the shade which I liked as the sun was intense when out. Laundry service was very efficient. I didn't even know that it had been returned as they had hung it all in the wardrobe.

The rooms weren't well insulated and the noise from the corridors and people showering was pretty loud. Maybe an idea would be to remove the tunes from the doors when they are opened as it sounds quite loud when people enter their rooms late at night.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations in size and comfort. The hotel staff were friendly, eager to assist, and spoke good English for communication. Additionally, the location situates you in a good location; close enough to the ancient city and night festival to walk, however, far away enough from the crowds and noise to step away from it all and enjoy a good night sleep.

Room - The hotel room was extremely comfortable and clean. It was spacious and well lit, with good WiFi. Water in the shower area/ bath tub was hot and it had strong force. Service - Their service, across the board, was brilliant. Every member went out of their way to cater to our needs and make us feel at home. This is regardless of the time of the day. If something stands out, it really is their service. Location - The hotel was strategically located. It was far from the noise but very close to the ancient town and all the happening places in the city. You could reach both of these within 10minutes (by foot).

If I were to be super picky, I'd say the room door seemed old and there was not much variety for vegetarians for breakfast.

The location of the establishment is near to Hoi An heritage core area, within walking distance. Absolutely convenient for anyone to head down to Hoi An heritage core area on foot. The area is safe and well kept, very convenient. Breakfast is awesome, with variety of choices to choose from, not to mention good coffee was available. Room is big and great. I opted for quiet room and it had certainly checked all the boxes. Hotel services were amazing. I asked for extra water, towels and many more requests, all of which were met without hesitations. Upon check out, staff were kind enough to present me some souvenirs before I depart.

If I could point out one thing that I dislike is the halfway towards my room. Energy conserving light bulbs were installed and will light up when one arrives at the hallway. However, the lights would not light up as fast as I have arrived at the hallway and most of the time the hallway was dark and I almost tripped while walking a few times before the hallway was lit up with lights moments later. I suggest important areas of the hallways should always have permanent lighting in place at night.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It is a 10 minute walk to the busier parts of town (night market, restaurants and the boat trips). Not only that but the hotel itself is really well looked after. It is clear that the hotel is continuously investing in its facilities (they were just finishing a brand new pool bar while we were there which was great). All of the staff at Laluna were so kind and friendly. We particularly got on with the receptionists (including Nancy) who were so helpful and told us loads of useful information about shows, restaurants, shops and day trips. The breakfast had a great variety and was really good quality. We particularly enjoyed the fruit options and pastries. Overall we would definitely come back and will recommend Laluna to friends and family!

The location was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The laundry service was also excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfasts were nice and we liked the pool too but it was a bit warm.

We found Nam friendly and really helpful but it is clear that he is a salesman. Sometimes we felt pressure to book tours with him or go to his recommended tailor. We can see why he does it but if he just eases off a little it will make people feel more relaxed and ironically more likely to book with him.

We loved staying at Laluna. The hotel is clean, cozy and conveniently located near the old town of Hoi An. The breakfast is good and so are the set menu’s for dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The customer service is great; we had to check out very early and the staff prepared a breakfast box for us to take with us. Special shout out to Mr Nam, who was so very lovely.

I booked a nail appointment through the reception but unfortunately I wasn’t very happy with the job done by the stylist. She was very friendly but too rough with my nails. She damaged my nails and skin around it quite a bit. And the gel polish wasn’t done very nicely either. Quite some lumps on the nails and also some bleeding of the color outside of the nails. Not the hotel’s fault but I’d recommend going to a salon instead!

Laluna has very good location. It is located at a quiet area facing the river but near to the old town within 8-10 mins walking distance. The room is spacious and clean with good air-conditioning. The hotel provides free bicycles so we went cycling around the old town. Ms Dung of the sales department was helpful and responsive to my enquiries before I came, and Ms Nancy, the receptionist, was pleasant and fast in processing my check-in. She also answered any questions I had during my stay. If I need to write an adverse comment about the hotel, I would say it is the extremely small swimming pool. However, it didn't affect me because I didn't swim at the hotel.

For the price I paid, I did not have anything I didn't like.
