This was such a beautiful hotel (designed by VTN Architects) just outside the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. We (family of 4) stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed coming back to our rooms after the touristy pace of the town. The pool is fabulous, the breakfast yummy and varied and our larger room a delight. The staff were so friendly and helpful and also offered us a visit to their sister 'beach club' at the beach. I have included these photos below. We spent an afternoon there and it was lovely spending some time by the beach and in the beautiful pool. Just a 15 minute taxi ride away. We would come back in a heartbeat to Eco Silk. Amazing!

We booked a Family Room, which included 2 very large comfy beds, a seperate area with a couch, a huge private bathroom and a balcony. Plenty of space! Breakfast was really good with many options. Location was fantastic, very quiet street and only 5min walk to Hoi An Old Town. All staff were really friendly, helpful and very professional with attention to details.

Nothing to fault as such. Perhaps, the gym (fairly small) for those who still really want to exercise while on holidays despite the long sightseeing walks!

The staff were very kind and helpful and provided information about tours and tailors. At breakfast the staff were very attentive and made us noodle soup and eggs. The pool and central area are very beautiful and relaxing. It’s so close to the old town and is great value for money.

Some of the gym equipment didn’t work and there were no towels or things to clean with. However, when I let the staff know about the equipment they did try to immediately fix them.

The location is great, very close to walk to the old town, restaurants and bars. Feels safe walking back here - you can go along main streets. The hotel itself is very nice, lovely small pool and balcony space in the room I had. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped arrange tours last minute for me. The room had good amenities - robe, toiletries(no conditioner), umbrella etc...

The room is good, but not wow! Quite noisy in the mornings - but would be fine with earplugs. A very small thing but conditioner is always great (especially in humid weather) when paying the higher end of hotel prices.

The breakfast was average but satisfying. Our rooms was large, relatively clean and spacious, The hotel location was very good, about a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. Compliment to the front desk staffs, always very helpful to our request or questions, as well as the breakfast staffs who were very attentive. (Thank you for the ginger tea!)

Wish the hotel to could do some mold dew control in the bath room as it can be quite unsightly, otherwise good bath room size. Broken hanger were not replace & power point for coffee machine were located under the table which is very inconvenience!

Everything in this hotel was beyond expectation except that they charged me for a broken soapdispenser.

Unfortunately I accidently damaged a soapdispenser. I reported this to housekeeping and they changed it. To my surprise management charged me 250.000 dong ( 10 Euro) which is an outrageous amount of money for a piece of plastic rubbish. Not very customer friendly.

Location was absolutely perfect! Good sized room. Friendly and kind staff. Really lovely and relaxing pool area.

The bed was way too hard which resulted in little to no sleep for our entire stay (3 nights). Other than the hard bed, everything else was great hence the higher overall rating given.

Bed was comfortable and huge! The rainfall shower in the bathroom was strong and huge. The arrival drink was absolutely delicious. Not a huge selection at breakfast, but enough to fill you up. Location is absolutely fantastic. Quiet street but you can get the the hustle and bustle in a matter of minutes.

We were close to the lift, so could hear dings all day and night. There were lots of noisy families when we visited, perhaps more thought should be put into where family rooms are…

Great breakfast (It doesn't have a lot of spices and suits the taste of foreigners.) Pool (There is shade and it is easy to swim at any time. It's not very small, and not very big, it's just right size.) No bugs. Clean ! Hot water at any time. 3 minutes walk to Old Town But a quiet place to rest

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The room was large and fit 4 of us (Mom, Dad, 2 college aged kids). The wifi and room thermostat were all excellent. The breakfast was beyond expectations. Hot pho and eggs/ omelettes made to order, great selection of both Vietnamese and Western options. Location is wonderful. Just over a quaint bridge and one is in the heart of Hoi An. The staff were nice and accommodating. English was very good.
