The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff here made our stay truly memorable! It’s what you’ll expect out of a well-appointed boutique hotel and more- warm personalized service, great breakfast, squeaky clean cozy rooms, even little touches like complimentary local jujube fruits in the room! Breakfast had small changes daily that was appreciated like the local steamed dishes, hot noodles and refreshing delicious salads. The spa is great and very affordable; even when I’ve moved to another hotel, I came back here for massages under Desi’s expert touch. Shoutout to Kate at the front desk who is ever willing to help with itinerary planning and tips, and she even went out of her way to send me to town to catch my shuttle on a very hot summer’s day! I would return in a heartbeat to this hotel, it’s very near to walk to the ancient town yet located in a quieter side of the river.

I felt bad that I had to request for extra drinking water daily as the given bottles were quite tiny, perhaps a suggestion for improvement would be water dispensers in the lobby for guests to refill? The floors of the bathroom can be very slippery but they did put a precaution sign there. 1-2 pesky mosquitos at the breakfast area.

The location was fantastic, located right on the canal and not far from the centre of Hoi An village. The room was a good size and very clean. It was extremely hot weather during our stay, and the staff would provide an ice cold wet towel every time we came back from an outing when we went to the restaurant and had a dry ginger to cool down (at the front of the hotel). Kate the concierge, was happy to organise everything for us - day trip to Cham Island/diving, golf, transportation, restaurant bookings.

The only feedback would be my partner would like a coffee machine at the hotel (I drink green tea). Although there was a coffee shop about 400 metres from the hotel.

Such a convenient location - on the river, walking distance to Old Town and night markets yet still quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. We booked 2 x Suites with River Views for 4 nights. There are no joining rooms but our rooms were right next to each other. It was clean, had comfortable beds, great bathroom, sufficient towels, adorable balcony, strong AC. Breakfast had a variety of options - both western and traditional cuisine and very attentive staff. We had foot massages at the spa which were great. The staff are the highlight for me as they are absolutely amazing. They researched a bridal store for me to visit as I was looking for an Ao Dai for a wedding. They arranged our airport transfers, a private walking food tour, and private drivers to visit Ba Na Hills and the Dragon Bridge in Da Nang. We requested to leave for Ba Na Hills one morning at 6:30am which meant we would miss the breakfast buffet so they packed us takeaway breakfast boxes which was really nice. On my dad’s birthday (which was on our second day) while we were having coffee at the restaurant downstairs, they brought out a cake and sang him happy birthday. This was such a lovely surprise as we had never mentioned his birthday! They helped us make a reservation for that same night at their other restaurant Little Faifo, and even they gave my dad a birthday dessert and sang for him too! Again, such a nice touch and my dad loved it. These little things and thoughtful gestures really make a difference. Special thanks to Kate, Rose & Cherry for looking after us and ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable.

This is in a quiet location. Nice riverfront view but about 10 min from the main Hoi An area. and 20 min from the popular eateries. The lobby ambience relaxes you straightaway. Breakfast is a good spread and the breakfast area is very nice and private with lots of interesting decor. The corner room is quiet and decor is as shown in the website/booking. Well-maintained. Staff are extremely friendly and forward coming in briefing the guests with useful info, on where to eat etc upon check-in and ensuring everything is ok.

The riverfront rooms do not have twin-room types. The view of the corner room I stayed in was blocked off and looks out to a back lane.

The hotel was wonderful. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Always going above and beyond. Breakfast was delish and they even made us boxed breakfast on our last day because we had an early flight. The beach club with free shuttle was an added bonus! And highly recommend going to the beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only downside is if you can get a table in the AirCon for breakfast the outdoor seating is a little hot, but the inside seating is lovely. Motivation to get to breakfast a little earlier and before others. Really there isn’t anything not to like lovely stay.

The perfect location, close to Old town area. The staff were really helpful, thank you Ms Kate, Cherry and Rose for all your assistance, with information and booking of tours, you all made me feel so welcome. The room is beautifully furnished with view over the river. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had so far, with many options to select from, the salad bar had some really good variety. I booked a spa treatment and Desi was great, felt so relaxed after the massage. Another bonus of the hotel is the shuttle to the beach, definitely a must do.

Awesome old style of hotel in Hoi An, beautiful architecture, nice furnishings and exceptional staff. We stayed as a family of four split between two rooms with our two girls 9 and 12, the staff were very good with the kids and they felt like it was their home away from home during our stay. We felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. We took a nice bike ride to a nearby fishing village and some rice fields using the complimentary bikes which was great. The hotel is just across the river from old town and sits just outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town. We sat and enjoyed a drink outside the front of the hotel at the bar in the evenings without being harassed by hawkers, which was nice. The hotel is highly recommended.

We stayed as a family in this pleasant hotel for 5 days in two rooms. This is a hotel with a very friendly, charming and hospitable staff. From the very first moment you could feel at home. The public areas of the hotel are aesthetically designed and are very clean, as are the rooms we stayed in. The rooms are very quiet, even those overlooking the busy street, thanks to acoustic insulation. The beds are comfortable with the right level of softness. The location is excellent! Within reasonable walking distance from all the attractions of the old quarter. The breakfast is also very rich and varied and after visiting the dining room, it's hard to stay hungry!

We liked every thing in the hotel exapt of the swimming pool which is very small.

Our stay at the Little Ho An hotel was fantastic. The location, hotel facilities, room (Suite with River view), service and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in close proximity to everything. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus to An Bang beach (a must visit) which we used a few times. The staff made us feel welcome and very at home. The lovely Kate was exceptional - from service, recommendations to tour bookings. Everything she recommended was spot on. Thank you Kate for making our stay memorable.

Very welcome and helpful staff all along the stay (especially Rose and Richard! Thank you !) With good recommendation, assistance to book excursions, to go around the city, meals to try etc . Great and complete breakfast both Asian and European with variety of dishes, fruits, breads etc. Room was big and quiet There is a nice bar ans restaurant downstairs as well as a gym, spa and swimming pool 2 minutes walking from the entry of old city center I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nothing, it was one of the best hotel I stayed in in Vietnam until now (6 hotels visited), I even extended my stay here.
