The location was good - just over a bridge from the old town. You can walk into town or rent a bike from the hosts, or take a Grab taxi / bike into town or to the beach. It was a quiet and calm part of town. There were a couple of decent cafés very nearby. The room was comfortable and clean with AC. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The mother spoke little English but was keen to assist when she could. The son spoke good English and helped us book our onwards travel to Hué. We were able to rent bikes for just 30000 a day. It was a good base for exploring Hoi An from.

We were not told about whether breakfast was available, which we might have wanted to opt for if it was. A 24 hour reception is advertised but when we arrived very early from a night bus it took some time for the hosts to attend to us. It was of course late at night, but it was a little scary waiting on the street outside the gate not knowing of we would be allowed in. The gate to the home is closed every day at 11pm, and you have to ring a bell to be let in if you return from town later than that. This was a little awkward as it felt like you had woken the family up or were an inconvenience. Perhaps not the best for younger travellers or those who would like to stay out a bit later. However, both these points did not detract from our overall experience too greatly.

The homeowners stay in the other half of the house. It is very clean. Good bathroom, air-conditioning, quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes' walk (&) across the narrow bridge to the old town where everything is. They supply mineral water & beer in the fridge (at reasonable prices) and add-on payment options; e.g. the mom's breakfast selection, help with tours, bike or bicycle rental, laundry service, everything. Everything was good. I took a rented motorbike to My Son Sanctuary at 4:30am in the morning before sunrise and the mom was willing to wake up early to open the gates - WOW! Very secure location.

Not a perfect "10" because Language is a barrier, but I APPRECIATE that the host tried very hard to accommodate... so 5* to that. The blanket was a thin double-layered sheet of cloth. There's a Rooster crowing early in the morning! Paid cash (but like most places in Hoi An or Vietnam) Credit Cards attract extra fee/charges (3%).

The homestay was spotlessly clean and the room was spacious. They have a little garden outside as well. It is run by a family of four who take turns to attend to the guests. The location was very good. It was very much within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town area and yet away from its evening madness and mayhem. The waterfront was a very short walk from the homestay and there were plenty of places nearby to have meals. The homestay also offered some breakfast on payment basis but I did not try it because better options were available outside.

Breakfast was not included in the room tariff. They quoted higher than the standard rate for services like laundry and airport pick up/drop. They also did not have any free bicycles for the guests like most other homestays in Hoi An do.

It is closed to the centre and even the Memories Land. It is close to the main Street but very quite. Room is spacious, light. The homestay is green with many kinds of tree. They let us check in when the room is vacant even it has not been 2PM yet

The remote of the air conditioner didn't work smoothly, we need to unpack the battery many times to make it work! The floor from the 2nd day is not as clean as the 1st day we come - which means it was not carefully taken care.

Pebble Homestay was amazing. It is suited to families or couples. The rooms were immaculate. The location ideal. So close to everything the beautiful city of Hoi An has to offer. Nothing was too much trouble for the family. They were absolutely beautiful. They told us about local attractions as well as find out about tours that we were interested in and even helped us book our train tickets for our next part of our trip. They were always available to help us in any way they could. This would have to be one of the best homestays we have had in Vietnam. Incredible!! This homestay will not disappoint!!

There was nothing we did not like about this homestay. It was fantastic.

Big room, comfortable, clean, with air conditioning + fan. Laundry service. Situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Bike rental was quite expensive compared to other places in Vietnam (usually 15k/day, here it was 30k/day), especially since the bikes were not the best quality (brakes working quite bad). The owners spoke very poor English, which might not be practical for some people. No elevator; if you ask and if provided they understand your request, they might help you with your luggage (they helped us only on the way up, but didn't understand us when we asked to bring the bags down)

The family/staff were some of the kindest people we've met so far on our travels. We can't thank them enough for always greeting us with a smile and making our stay feel so homely! We had really inconsiderate neighbors who were really loud late at night but the staff kindly asked them to quieten down. The staff could not apologize enough the following morning over something out of their control. We were extremely grateful. The room was lovely and spacious especially for the super price. The location is brilliant! A quick walk over the bridge to the town centre. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The family was so sweet and helpful. The location is just perfect. I also rented their motobike for a good price. 150k/day Quite and clean. Big room

They lock the gate at night so if you come home late (midnight) you have to ring the doorbell and usually the dad wakes up and opens the gate. I did this every night and i think he didn’t like it :/ sorry

Gorgeous big room, lovely spot only afew mins walk from the old town. Run by a friendly and helpful local family who were amazing the whole time. Would definitely stay again! :)

Exceptional stay with Ms.Huong's family. She is an experience host with a warm heart that would brighten your trip. The homestay location is perfect, right in the middle of Ancient Town and Hoi An Memories Land. Anyhow, Ms.Hound will introduce the electric car contact and you could get to anywhere in town in a blink of an eye. It's also very convenient to buys things late at night since the place is near the local Winmart shop. The house has a nice garden in front just right for my family to spend our lovely dinner

Pillows are just a bit hard.
