everything was absolutely perfect; some of many highlights worth mentioning: - even though we arrived way too early, our room was ready many hours before the official check-in time which was highly appreciated after an overnight bus ride - staff was incredibly nice, attentive, friendly and helpful, never met such an involved manager, we did not know where to watch the champions league final and he suggested us the perfect place, everybody was always happy to help with everything - great breakfast buffet with something for everybody - location, perfect to escape the croweded Hoi An but still walkable distance - room was awesome, nice view, clean, spacious

A small boutique hotel that offers a calm peaceful environment for a relaxing stay. It is an easy flat walk into the old town giving you lots of eating options and shopping. The hotel is exceptionally well run and the staff are all lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, pool was never crowded and the spa service very reasonable. The hotel also arranged transport to Da Nang railway station cheaper than a Grab would have cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Loved our room, their overall service was amazing! One of us was unwell, and they really took good care of us, and provided herbal drinks we asked for as remedy. Breakfast was great. Our flight was late in the evening, and they let us stick around the hotel and use their facilities during the day while we waited to leave for our flight. Super friendly staff, would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time! The Spa treatments was excellent and so affordable!

Would have been awesome if we could have stayed longer. Great accommodation!

We stayed here for quite a few days. Yes the rooms were good, the pool was great and we loved the location but the real stand out was the staff. They really do go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

The GM came and spoke to everyone at breakfast each morning - a nice touch. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I even got a birthday cake on my birthday for breakfast. Location was good close to the old town but in a quiet location. Easy to walk, bike or taxi. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice room with balcony overlooking the pool. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for bags. Nice pool. Staff were helpful and able to provide tips and tours if we had wanted. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Short walk into the old town.

We used the driver organised by the hotel for pick up/drop off and he was unsafe. He spent as much time texting on his phone as he did looking at the road. We think he also hit (or was very close to hitting) a girl on a scooter at some lights whilst he was texting. I would not recommend using their pick up and drop off service unless it is a different driver.

Room was large, clean, super comfortable. Loved the pool, breakfast, ate dinner twice which was excellent..Front desk and all staff super friendly, appreciative and helpful. Christian does an incredible job and is so decent, friendly, helpful and professional.

Lovely pool area, rooms and staff

Breakfast choices were a bit limited. Location was too far to walk/ride in the heat of the day so used transport more than expected. Updated photos of the "view" are needed.

Our room was very clean and it was nice and big. We liked the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful as many others have said. There were options for European travelers, Americans, Asians, pretty much anything you might like. We had omelettes, pancakes, fruit, toast, cereal, donuts, juice, coffee, croissants, etc. We also appreciated the very helpful staff and the attentive manager who greeted the guests each day. The walk to the ancient city was very doable at 15 minutes. We like the exercise so we walked it every day but there is also a free shuttle multiple times a day.

I don’t like to complain because there were so many positives but we were disappointed that we only had hot water each evening for about a seven minute shower. We stayed three nights and it was the same every evening as we always take our showers at night. Not a deal breaker but kind of a bummer. The other thing that could have been better was the quality of the towels. They were a little thin and dingy. Again, not a deal breaker, just something I noticed.
