We had the best time stay at this accommodation. A great location not too far from the tourist attractions. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and helped us look at activities and booked our transport to our next location. You are able to book bicycles and motorcycles from the accommodation to go and explore the area. The pool is great to relax by and the food is delicious and traditional. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Ninh Binh!

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean. The quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful and restful experience, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the natural beauty of the area was simply breathtaking—lush greenery, serene landscapes, and fresh air made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway!

The owner is friendly. The staff here are very enthusiastic, the room I stayed in was very clean and beautifully decorated. I feel like I don't need to go anywhere to find services because here it is very convenient: there is a swimming pool, there are free bicycles, there is a billiard table, you can also fish and eat. It's very delicious here. I feel like I'm at home. In addition, after staying in Ninh Binh I want to go to Hue and here they also sell bus tickets, they sell very cheap and give me detailed advice. Truly a wonderful experience.

Best value for money out of our entire trip across Vietnam! Our little bungalow was so clean and spacious including a smart tv with Netflix. The pool area was immaculate and so pleasurable to relax around, always free beds! On site restaurant was more than satisfactory, we enjoyed a great burger along with with poolside cocktails and beers reasonably priced! No problem getting into town on the free bicycles provided by the accommodation - 5/10 mins tops b it is also walkable if you fancy a leisurely wander Would absolutely stay here again 10/10 recommend!

Owner organised our minivan transport from Hanoi for 200vnd and when we arrived at 7pm our room was taken. Staff took us to Van Lam Villa for the night instead which was nice and brought us back via car the next day. Bit inconvenient. The scooter was a piece of junk and kept stalling

great location nice and peaceful in the evenings great shower and plenty of hot water. yummy breakfast and evening food options. hosts speak great English and sorted bike hire for a couple days and our onwards transfer out for us all at a great prices would recommend :)

aircon didn’t seem to work in our room but probably due to the time of year we didn’t need it we just switch fan on to circulate some air around the room. I’m sure the hosts would have shown us we were being thick and was probably something straight forward as seemed like a new unit. lots of renovation going on during the day (none that affect your stay not noisy ) just seems like brand new paintings electricals and bed linens curtains etc all being updated not that anything is at all wrong with what’s there so place is only going to get better. wish them the best of luck

It wasn't bad. I would even say it was good. But not as good as we thought it would have been after reading the description, reviews and seeing the photos. It would have taken very little (better cleaning, removing the plastic bottle floating in the pond, repairing the drippning shower and bumgun, refraining from making excessive noise, refraining from advertising unavailable services, etc.) to improve the standard and meeting the expectations. The price was low even for Vietnamese standards.

The hosts were noisy in the evening, although in general they seemed to be nice people. The room and common areas were not dirty but not entirely clean either. The first impression after entering the room was that it looked not as good as in the advertising photos. In the booking confirmation the homestay advertised breakfast option which was not available in reality. What was offered instead was not much more expensive, nevertheless it was not what had been promised.

Booking Tam Coc Garden Homestay was the best decision we made. We stayed for two nights but if we had the chance we would have extended our stay. Everything about this place was wonderful. The owners have thought about all the small details to make their guests happy and comfortable. They go above and beyond. It was also a great quiet place to stay that was still walking distance to everything you could need.

Good value for the price. It's not in the center of the village but you can easily get there by walking or bicycling. The place is beautiful with the pool and mountains around. They have bicycles for rent for cheap price (they're not in best condition but it was ok to do a short tour around Tam Coc)

It was a bit hard to communicate as the staff don't speak English. They love their party music so in the evening they would play loud music and even in the morning. And that it's a bit unpleasant if you, like me, prefer to seat by the pool and just enjoy the sounds of nature around.
