- Very well organised hotel, comfortable and spacious villas, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great kids club and pool, world class gym, great food options and 24 hour room service, lovely pool bar. Don't hesitate to book!

- WiFi was patchy in our room - the hotel doesn't have a diaper changing facility. You have to go back to your room to change a baby's diaper. Very odd. They should put one in the kids club. - curtains and sofas in the villa (6530) had stains and need refreshing - had to pay extra for 'western' coffee at the breakfast buffet. Only Vietnamese coffee is included.

We are so glad we stayed here. The staff are so lovely, special shout out to Reception staff. The buffet is amazing. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the private pool a big bonus. Locality is amazing. Walk to Vinwonders and transport to Safari Park is easy to get with free buses close by. Didn't have to pay for one grab. The little buggies (took took) around the resort are always there if you are too tired to walk. Beautiful resort. Fantastic location and beautiful workers. What more can you ask for. Best start to our holiday and birthday celebration. Highly recommend.

Lack of towels sometimes when rooms were cleaned. Towels weren't always replaced. Having to hire a pool toy I thought was a bit much. Can't see why this wouldn't be free.

It is very convenient to visit the attractions as the resort provide free shuttle service to the Safari Zoo, Vin Wonder and Grand World. The tuk tuk service at the resort is also very well organized and prompt unlike some of the other resorts which I have been, they do not have a queue system and the guest just rushed to the tuk tuk and cut queue.

We stayed in a 4 bedrooms villa. Only one of the rooms bathroom (the biggest room with bathtub) sink is very well-maintained but for the other 3 rooms, the silicon around the sink have turned black and the resort should do something about it.

Good design, nice space, good locations to vinpearl facilities n activities.

Can't even borrow a set of plates for free. Can't get staff to open a coconut. The locks were broken, main door and sliding on master bed on balcony. There was a Jerry on our place, they need a Tom to take care of it maybe? Other than that, love the space of 3 bedrooms for 6 of our members. Nice for whole family to stay together with a pool. Hotel should replace all old out dated plug sockets by usb and new one so 3 legs plugs can be used without an adapter. Also, should have dimmed bedside table for that price? In general, nice design villa, however, need some retouched with some benchtops connections...maybe replace silicon filling...

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had. The staff were nice, friendly and ready to help at all hours, the villa was very spacious, and the resort's private beach was absolutely stunning. Getting around the massive complex was also very easy due to the free tuk-tuk service. Residents also get a discount to the Safari and Wonderland attractions, both of which I highly recommend.

One of the beds was squeaky but otherwise I have no faults with the room. Location-wise it's perfect if you want to stay at the northern tip of the island, but if you want to visit the sunset town or the town of Phu Quoc itself, it is rather far and taxis are relatively expensive when compared to Hanoi or Saigon.

4BR was as spacious and good as expected. Transportation to reception, restaurant, Vin Wonder world etc. was very prompt and convenient. Check-in and -out was quick. The concierge gave the good selection for the shopping, restaurants, spa, etc in very detail. I really thank to such a kindness.

Breakfast menu seems not various as other Vinpearl Resort in Danang and Nah Trang, even though every three kinds of Pho served in every morning may be good enough. Wifi signal in the living room was not strong occasionally.

Location was amazing, it was right next to the Theme Park and Safari, which are the major attractions on the island. The beach by the property was gorgeous, clean and pristine. The property seems brand new, so everything looks very neat and clean. The villas were very spacious and well decorated. Kids loved the Safari Themed villa we stayed at. The scale of the property was also massive.

Language was a barrier at times, many staff struggled with English. Service was slow at times. Food options and the taste of continental cuisine needs improvement. Basic amenities expected were oddly missing, like limited number of bottles of water (just 6x500ml for a 3 bedroom villa!), no cutlery in the villa, and dishes were also not cleaned / improperly cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast service had only 1-2 eggs stations, due to which the queue was long at most times. But these were minor inconveniences compared to overall quality of stay.

1. Staffs are helpful and friendly, though sometimes they don’t understand what we said, the translator apps is really helpful. 2. Variety of food for buffet breakfast. They have halal/vegan food section, but the food is Indian food. Halal food consist of only vegetables. 3. The buggy service is on time, never late. 4. Love the free airport transfer, the shuttle bus to various places. 6. Property is kids friendly, only the pool without kids section. 7. Good water pressure.

It took around 50 minutes to the city, one hour to Sunset Town.

For me, the room or house is large but many of the equipment is quite poor quality, the bathroom floor is very slippery, the kitchen is large but there are no equipment, the maid does not clean everything, does not wash the dishes and glasses, very little tissue paper, the facilities are not up to 5 star standards. I got a room where the toilet did not work and I reported it many times but could not fix it. Then the customer had to help themselves. The house is really large but not convenient in terms of cleanliness, safety, and use. But the receptionist provided very good service.

The villas are fantastic, very comfortable and great value for money. The entire staff was always ready to help, and even though there were occasional mix ups due to language barrier, we always received excellent service with a smile. Breakfast is quite diverse and the food is delicious, especially the local cuisine. Vietnamese coffee is not really to our taste, but we always received very decent alternatives, with no extra cost.

There's nothing to mention here.
