Everything was so clean and spotless. The cleaning crew did come everyday to help maintain it. We were so close to the beach. Walking distance to touch the water.

The beach in front of our villa was dirty. We had to keep removing trash. Although we did not swim in it, trash should be cleaned periodically here. It was a bit far from the city center but close to all the attractions. The dinner buffet was not good. Almost felt like the food leftover from breakfast and lunch was used. Need to have more selections in the “market” around the resort. Have to rent all of the dishes pans and spoons in the villa. It just made things a bit more difficult to warm up leftovers.

We had a beach front villa which was huge with its own plunge pool. The villas are set in maintained landscaped grounds so there is still privacy. Big family room and very comfortable beds. A buggy or short walk to the main hotel facilities. Daily breakfast was awesome as was the food at the Wok and Curry. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mint checked us in and out he was great. The managers were always visible making sure everything ran smoothly and standards maintained. We had Visa issues and Daniel helped us with that as well. The Vin bus made getting out and about easy and cabs were easy and cheap as well. Mini mart /village and other shops restaurants 5 minute cab away.

Everything was superb. We had a wonderful time. The staff in the restaurant and everywhere else was very helpful.

The rooms need a bit of more airing. If that is fixed then everything will be perfect

On beach front , have shuttle bus to nearby attractions , includes breakfast . Very responsive staffs overall , friendly and pleasant .

A bit far from Central and Sunset town.

The breakfast buffet was excellant.

When it rains in the afternoon and evening, hard to make our way to the main facilities to use.

The room looked like on pics, hotel was huge, breakfast was amazing, pool and beach were great, staff amazing as well, the hotel has a shuttle bus to/from the airport just be aware that it runs every 2 hours and it is 45-60min drive, the bus schedule didn’t suit us on the way to the airport because of our early flight, so the hotel called us taxi, there is a bus going to the main attraction in the north, from grand world there is a bus running to the south, grab and taxis are also available.

The location, it is really far away from the real towns we also stayed in the south close to the aiport and liked it there much more, however if you want to chill only on the beach or visit attractions in the north, then the hotel will be perfect for you, we also had a jellyfish in the sea but they only came once in the late afternoon/evening

Location, food, staff.

Not enough chairs/lounge chairs around the pool and beach. Specially not enough sun umbrellas.

Scenic location. Great beach. Wonderful property. Excellent swimming pools. Well appointed gym.

Indian food and veg options were below par. The staff needs to get trained in making these items. Communication in English was also not upto Sheraton standard.

Facilities and the decor were incredible.

Staff barely spoke english which was a bottleneck when trying to organise anything

Beautiful location, clean beach, everything you would expect from five star Sheraton resort.

The pool area food and beverage order would take 40 minutes+ to arrive once order was placed using their QR code mobile ordering system. Definitely a glitch there, every single order had to be followed up and would eventually arrive taking an average of 45-60 mins for us to receive food or beverage, also was expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam a hamburger was approximately $22 AUD without a side of fries.
