Nice location on the beach. Room is big and the resort is Beautiful. Breakfast is good. There is a good beachfront restaurant called the Bistro and you can walk to the beach. Hotel gives you a free pick up from the airport and a shuttle service to various activities, but I never used it.
The pool area is amazing but the chlorine seemed to dye my shorts. There is not much to do around the hotel. The whole area outside the resort hotels seems overdeveloped or not open yet. Many places are empty and lack good restaurants or coffee choices. The grand world has more shops, restaurants, evening activities and a light show at 6pm and 9.30pm. The Radisson Blu has a good lunch and evening restaurant at reasonable prices.

Wonderful resort with beautiful design, big rooms and pool, close to the beach. You have everything you need here and plenty activities next to the resort (free bus to all of them). Staff was super friendly and nice, especially Mia who helped us check in, even if we didn't go to the correct building 😅. Good options for breakfast as well.
The prices in the spa are quite high and even if we received a complementary sauna and jacuzzi, we were not informed that the jacuzzi water is cold due to a malfunction.. so we couldn't enjoy it.

Hotel features a beautiful garden and a private, clean beach. However, sun loungers on the pier are often reserved with towels by guests early in the morning. The beach and sea are clean, making them suitable for both children and adults. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh, with a wide variety of food options that were regularly replenished—we never felt anything was missing. Room cleaning was satisfactory, although general cleanliness in the hotel, particularly vacuuming carpets, could be improved. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a stunning sea view, and the room was impressively spacious. The bathroom was well-stocked, offering not only shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner but also extras like toothpaste, a toothbrush, and other small amenities. The hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport, as well as to a nearby town with restaurants and shops (just two stops away). The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Public spa reservations are available. Service in the spa and during breakfast was excellent, but the reception staff could have been more helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but it does not quite meet the standard of a 5-star property.

The location is near to Vins Safari, Vin Wonders and Grand World, there are shuttle bus every 30 minutes from hotel to above attractions, very convenient and save money. All staffs are very polite ,friendly and helpful, always with a smiling face, made our stay so happy and comfortable. They use the face recognition system to enter the restaurant for breakfast, made process fast and smooth, Breakfast was great, variety of choices ,got Vietnamese local and international food .
Need more electric plug to charge handphones in bedroom.

Our family enjoyed 3 amazing nights in a luxurious 3-bedroom villa with private pool, ocean views and private beach access. The villa was HUGE and very clean. Aside from the comfortable beds and amenities provided, what we really appreciated the most were the friendly, courteous and attentive attitude of all the staff. From the bellboy to reception staff, tuktuk driver to restaurant staff and everyone in between - they all made us feel very special and well looked after. I should also mention that my son fell sick on our last night there and the resort sent their resident nurse to care for him, they also provided complimentary congee and ginger tea and multiple phone calls to check how he was doing. We will never forget their genuine kindness. Also worth noting is the incredible buffet breakfast - so much choice in cuisine and so well organised. We also experienced the ‘amazing BBQ dinner’ with live music and incredible fire-dancing performance. It was a bit pricey but we felt it was worth it! We love this resort so much, we are already talking about when we can come back! 10/10!

Really great, clean beach and pool area. Bedrooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Air con is to die for. Seafood bbq is great! The food is ok in the restaurant but we didn’t want to eat there every night. Free busses are fab. Breakfast is really good too!
Empty condom wrappers next to the bed - I pulled out the bedside table for cleaning staff to tidy up however they did not notice and I had to complain. (I’m heavily pregnant so would be wasted on us!) Staff explained to us they get their wages deducted if they do not smile at guests or do not act perfectly. This didn’t sit right with us. Need more access to water as no mini mart.

The resort is beautiful and by the beach with a complimentary bus runnng every 15mins to and from VinWonder which was fantastic. The pool was huge with a childrens section. The restaurants served delicious food from sushi to vietnamese food, to oysters to western food. There was something for everyone. Next time however, I will choose to stay at a different hotel as I felt it was too expensive for the type of room.
The room was carpeted and not clean with lots of stains. There was hair on the carpet and on the bathroom floor. For the price we paid for the room, I would expect them to clean the carpet every 3 months, and run a proper vacuum on the floor especially in the corners of the room where it was evident that they were not vacuumed in years from the quantity of dirt and dust.

You certainly won't find any 5-star beach resorts in Australia for anything close to the price you pay for the luxury at Vinpearl Resort. We traveled during the off-season and it actually felt like there were more staff members than guests, which made us feel even more special. The free transport to and from the airport and also to the other Vin attractions in the area was definitely handy and cost effective. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. They also offer lunch and dinner buffets which are included in some booking packages but not in the option we booked. However, for a very reasonable price you can pay to dine at the buffet. We had one dinner there and the selection was amazing, including a few impressive fresh seafood barbecue options and some of the best roast beef I have ever tasted. The only downside of the paid buffet is that no drinks are included other than water, not even soft drinks. The beach is the best we found in Vietnam and had almost nobody using using it during the time we were there (March), and the pool is the largest we have even seen and perfectly maintained. This is real luxury at a bargain price.
As mentioned above, the buffet should include at least soft drinks or juices. The only other issue we had is the lack of places to buy water at the Resort. They give you 2 small bottles per day but after spending time at the beach of pool you really want more water. The price of accommodation was fantastic value but the price for soft drinks was four times the price you pay at any other store, and even more expensive than inside the nearby theme parks.

We loved our stay here, everything was excellent. The staff were the highlight, everyone was very friendly and nice, they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, we wish we could remember everyone's names but just to name a few Truc Anh (front staff), Huynh Nhu (Taras restaurant) and Nguyen Hanh (Bell staff). The breakfast buffet was added bonus, with good choices and super delicious.
There are only 2 main restaurants on sites, Delight (buffet) and Taras (a la carte - great Vietnamese menu though). The price is on the expensive side. However you can take the shuttle bus to Grandworld which has many restaurants to try. There was also a mixed up with our final bill, we were asked to pay instead of using our room credit, which wasn't the best way to end the trip but it was sorted out at the end.

Fantastic hotel and amazing service/staff. Very good and varied buffet breakfast (a bit noisy with all the kids running around getting their food but expected in a place like this, I'd say). The food at the Pepper restaurant was delicious as well as their service, views, and location. It might be overpriced for Vietnam, and given there's nothing else around, there isn't much of a choice but totally worthy. Very big swimming pool but our favourite place was the beautiful beach. Very clean, and almost no one was using it (people preferred the pool), which at times we had the beach to ourselves. We loved it!! We went for a long walk by the beach and saw other resorts around and we were very, very happy with our choice. Highly recommended.
Nothing.
