It’s New and Modern, we had the studio suite which was spacious. Nice beach area although they are still building a beach club so a bit noisy. Breakfast was ok for a buffet. Grand world itself is like a ghost town in the day but good to experience the nighttime and the water show.

The soundproofing was shocking in the room the glass doors let everything in, if you wish for a little bit of quiet do not have a pool view. Also I think the pool should have opening times minimum being 8am! there were kids and water polo matches starting at 7am. It’s also very Russian oriented of night time, music etc, this is due to the lack of English people visiting.

I love the pool!! Sun bed is in the water lovely also water is clean no smell.. Room is bit small but comfortable Breakfast was good!! I enjoyed it. Staffs were nice and friendly. thanks for helping me “My” Now i moved to south part of phu quoc and staying 5star resort. But whydham garden is better.

Some staffs are not good at english so communication was not smooth but still they are friendly and tried to help me to do their best.

The property was nice, a little distance from the beach but still great. Breakfast was good

Not the fault of the hotel but when we were there, there was a lot of east European/ Russians guest. We felt somewhat stared at, looked at in a negative way and spoken about ( we are black) We also felt a slight difference in the way the staff would cater to them vs to us. I suppose they bring big business there but all customers should be catered to with the same grace and passion. The entertainment / aerobic instructions ladies were amazing.

The swimming pool is great and the hotel staff are friendly

The gym is too small for the size of the hotel, the machines are not modern, there is no step machines. The beach area is quite a walk from the hotel and there is construction so it is noisy. The hotel room is too small and there is not enough place to charge the phones near the beds. To boil the water, we have to put it on the floor because the plug is near the floor instead of near the table.

1) location. Right inside of grand world 2) walking distance to the beach 3) clean, functional 4) great kids club with kids free kids activities 5) new outside playground 6) price 7) small, but nice business center, where you can work (it was very important for us)

1) a bit cold swimming pool (compare to other hotels) 2) kids are not allowed to swim in a big pool even with parents, unless they wear life vest 3) not allowed to take pool towels to the beach or into the room (corridors of hotel might be cold, so need to keep towel on)

Rooms are on the smaller side.

I like the place especially the restaurant. The food price is not that expensive. The room is clean and bed is comfortable.

I didn’t like the bathroom especially the shower room. For a large size like me, I couldn’t get in. This is because of the door. If you open the glass door, the tap blocks the door. There’s only little space to get in. This must be taken to consideration as many foreigners are checking in and they are quite big.

Breakfast was great, many options. Good location, many services. Free bus/ taxi to drive around at the Grand World, and free shuttle service to the Safari and Vin World.

Swimming pool was very shallow (1.2 meter?). Even though we received an upgrade to superior room, the room was quite small.

The hotel is paradise for families. Enjoyed and managed to relax, like it should be on a holiday. Very clean and fully equipped kids club. Also, curriculum for children (mini disco etc.) Great yoga, aerobics and dance programmes for adults. Breakfast was very enjoyable, with a lot of different dishes.

Nothing to dislike. Perfect if you want to stay with kids and family.

Nice hotel for family travelers. Everything was nice and staffs are really helpful, Breakfast was OK.

Our family was not given a family room. There was none but we requested at least 2 rooms close together but they gave us a room that was far apart. I made my reservation 2 months ago and wrote a message at that time asking for a room close together.
