It was a very nice hotel with view straight to the river. 5 min walk to bus . And free tuk tuk to all around grand world. The owners have an ice cream shop in the ground floor and opposite the entrance you can eat vietnamese food and fresh juices. Very kind people always smiley. They are trying to help with everything. I booked my ticket for safari, vinwonders and teddy bear museum from them and it was much more cheapest than booking alone.

Nothing to do with the hotel. The area doesn't have nowhere European food neither groceries. No markets nothing. So if you want to have something else you have to go to duong dong. 25 min with the bus. The area is still on developing so there are too many stores closed under reconstruction. All of these shops are vietnamese and korean restaurants and 85% massage treatment. I am nt sure why too many. Always with no costumers. I think they should have more markets and restaurants for all over the world. But that's not an issue for the hotel.

instead of stay russia winter .. staying here live summer .. like paradise for me ..for everything 1 million thank to hotel team ..Everything was excellnt.. i stayed 1 month here . i feel comfortable same as my home. comfortable beds. two air condition. very near very free bus station. very near central of grand world.. near all cafe restaurant night bazaar.. also beach 5 10 minutes walk.. at beach very comfortable sunbes umbrealla free... Grandworld was newly built area .. like europe everything was designed....this hotel in the heart of grandworld..i stayed at this hotel 1 month .. without any error.. now i give 10 point.. if i have 1000 ... igive completely 1000 point.i can not say any bad world to this hotel.. 1 million thanks to all hotel team. ...

everything super. everything excellent

It was right smack in the middle of grandworld. Easy 5-7mins walk to the bus stop that goes to vinpearl safari/vinwonders and you can take free bus 17 from the airport here (dropoff at the last stop or at vinholidays fiesta hotel and walk over). This bus comes every 15 mins. Timetables of all the buses mentioned here https://maps.vinbus.vn/pq/route/102015 Checkin was easy but not intuitive. You’ve got to go to the Saigon icecream store to checkin (there’s a small signboard up there that says riverside mini hotel). Then the actual room is a few steps away at another place that says riverside mini hotel on a signboard at level 2 that doesn’t match the name of the signboard at level 1). I recommend a 3d2n stay if you’ve got a lot of energy to cover everything in a few days. Else 4d3n for a more leisurely pace

The bed was a little hard but I still slept ok. Despite being amongst so much noise the room is almost sound proof from the street though you can still hear what goes on at your front door or neighbouring room

We loved the staff's hospitality! We had many bags of all sizes which we needed to drag for a 10-15 minute walk to the vinbus station but didn't need to because Mr. Loi happily made 3 rounds for us on the scooter from the hotel to help us with the bags. He also helped us with the electric scooter renting and arranging the charger for us so that we can move around the island. We also received a sweet envelope from the staff on nye

Nothing to dislike. The room was a little small but we knew about it while booking, so no surprises there

The hotel located at the center of Grandworld and facing the venice water taxi lake. It also not far from water show location at night. The hotel also near to free shuttle bus location from the airport. The staff is very friendly although they cant speak in english. The room offer a great view facing the lake and very clean. Few massage shops near the hotel.

Nothing except for lift is quite slow but it is ok.

Our rooms got straight water view very pretty, Very clean, tidy and right in the centre, so convenient to go anywhere, Hiep and his team are amazing, helpful and the most important thing is very reasonable price. My family loved staying there so much and will definitely come back to stay again

They are great , I like everything

We loved our 2 nights here was a great place with a really lovely host. So close to the attractions we also watched the light show, a central spot to have a good look around. Great view from the balcony as you can people watch look at all the boats going around and get a good feel for grandworld. Highly recommend.

Nothing all was good!

The view from the balcony was the best; looked directly over the canal and the gondolas. The room design was good too.

There was hardly any space to move about around the furniture. But the bathroom was very spacious still.
