beautiful landscaping, very close to Lego land and French village. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

check in was a long wait and staff could see us queuing and still walked away leaving desks unmanned, we were then spotted by another member of staff who kindly called us to a different desk but it didn’t make up for the over 20 minute wait. the buffet meals had lots of options but the quality of the food was just ok we had the breakfast and dinner buffets and weren’t impressed by either. a big thank you though to the chefs who kindly accommodated for our sons allergies!

Great breakfast, rooms are big and comfortable, all the parks are close and the hotel provides shuttle bus.

In room dining menu took long and was not verified.

1. All kinds of entertainment for children. 2. Quite location away from the busy Dubai.

1. The sound insulation in the rooms is terrible. Can hear everything from the neighbor rooms and from outside with all the sliding windows tightly shut. 2. There was always a queue at the breakfast entrance, one day there was a queue for 30 minutes! Waiting with children is insane. 3. The terrace outside the main restaurant had a lot of chairs and tables covered in bird excrements. Even whilst eating, the birds did their jobs. Perhaps put an ultrasound device to scare them off. 4. None of the a la carte restaurants had any local food such as hummus, kebabs, salads.

The resort in general is class

The check in took a lot of time due to only two counters open and many guests coming in. Need some improvement during check in process

The hotel is great and we had a fab time. Extremely kid friendly and lots to do. It’s basically only there to go to the theme parks which is what we wanted so if you are after anything else in Dubai it’s a way away. But we loved it! Pools are heated, right on the entrance to the parks (Legoland approx 4min walk from the hotel gate). Spa was nice, evening dinner buffet was good - the Indian food in particular is very good

The breakfast was ok but nothing more - the egg system was really rubbish meaning you wait ages and the jam was really terrible, pastries a bit soggy. Just little things like that could be fixed to make it much better. The parathas were great though. There is also an almost overwhelming amount of information about things going on in the hotel and around the parks. It’s hard to take it all in and the screens they have showing you the info move so quick it’s hard to keep up. Consequently I don’t think we made the most of our stay but we certainly weren’t bored! Alcoholic drinks are expensive. Other than that, everything was great.

The free tickets to the parks make it great value for money. Friendly staff, beautiful themed decor, entertainment shows n characters in the lobby. The parks were just walking distance away. Beautiful choice of pools and lovely grounds to walk about in. The welcome drink and garland ! With two nights stay we got 2 free day passes, but u couldn't visit the same park twice .with 3 nites they offered unlimited access to all parks

The constant emails telling us to pay before our stay, when our booking clearly stated no advance payment needed. It was like harrassment. The double beds were the smallest I have ever seen. The breakfast was $30 per person. Our booking said resort view but we were given car park view

We reached at the hotel at 5:00 AM.The lady in the reception offered us an upgrade room and early check in with extra costs which we accepted The Polynesian architecture of the hotel was exactly the same one which I looked for it. What I like about the hotel and parks : Ambiance of the hotel Cleanliness Unbelievable respect to the guest Fantastic breakfast Buggy service inside the resort Amazing kids club ( Thanks to Tara ,Anita ,Judi ,Ojo ,Titi and Sadeepo)-My 6 years old daughter prefer to stay there rather than the parks Beautiful and clean swimming pool with a great restaurant/bar beside (Thanks Mr.Jithesh for his warm welcome) Artist housekeepers who makes elephant and baby through towels (Thanks you Felicia) Location which it is in walking distance to all parks. If you are interested in shopping , outlet village is in walking distance. Overall , Parks and hotel exceed my expectation level .

Construction noise which starts everyday 8:00 AM.

Every single thing at this resort was amazing. Check-in was quick and efficient. The views, facilities and access to the theme parks was worth every cent. Breakfast was amazing and catered for when it was overcrowded so there was no queues or waiting in line for tables. Got a touch of the flu and the staff went out of their way to provide us with complimentary honey and some herbal tea.

The safe in our room wasn't working but not the worst thing to happen, and the wait for the buggy to get to our rooms was a bit long but if you're travelling light, it's worth the walk to your accommodation

The food is an extra wide spread, and hence they could not specialize in 1 or 2 cuisines. Access to anything facilities or resources outside is very limited. And Hence the over dependence on the hotel during your stay. Not much of dining or eating options outside of the property, besides the parks which are anyways not the 1st choice for many.

It was perfect, as expecred. All The staff were friendly and super helpful all the time.:The little juice corners were a very good extra. Also fish feedings and different shows around the day. The entire place is super fun for kids and adults also. Childrens pool is warm and big, also the lifeguard were actually watching people and surroundings. Check in and out were both very fast. Our stay was literally perfect from the very first second we arrived til the end. The place is beautiful and great and the staff made it perfect.

It is rather expensive, but 100% worth the money when your children are happy.
