We stayed in a family room. Room size was small but nothing to complain because in Europe small spaces are common. Staff was nice and helpful. Did not try breakfast for $16 Eur because you can walk a min or two and find a pastry shop. Good location, can walk to most attractions.

Housekeeping staff did a poor job. They did not clean bunk beds, did not replenish toilet papers. Some of them were talking in hallways with phones in their ears, was not paying attention to work.

The people here were very nice. They reserved a taxi for me as I was taking a early morning train & wanted to side step the Metro. It was nice to have a frig in the room. There were places to eat close by, a bakery, the Metro & several small grocery stores too.

I can't think of any negatives.

Room was nice. Two levels to accomodate the family of 5. Some drinks and snacks were left for us. The location was close to public transportation. Quiet room.

Only one AC unit for the two levels. A little warm on the upper level. The room was not ready when we arrived around 2:30 pm but they were able to hold our luggage while we took a rental car back and did some sightseeing.

Loved the area and location. Charming neighbourhood. Many street cafes, bars, restaurants right at your doorstep. Close to several subway stops, especially Pernety. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. No problems or concerns walking in evening.

Rooms were tiny but did not take away from the charm of the neighbourhood.

Bed was comfy, location was ok. it was about 10-15 min walk to the subway.

The bathroom! terribly small. when you sit on the toilet, your knees hit the wall!(Seriously!) I’m 5,9 and my knees were touching the wall lol Shower was also super small and makes a mess! tried to be careful about the water but there was nothing I could do for the water getting on the ground.

The family room was fairly big, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from Denfert-Rochereau train station, and also from the OrlyBus drop off point. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were pleasant and the room had a free mini-bar with a number of drinks and snacks offered.

Thé staff at the reception went above and beyond . À young chap called John was exceptional also à you Indian gentleman who worked the evening was also very chatty and helpful. My daughter came down with food poisoning and John went above duty to help. I’d return and stay based on his service alone . Hotel and room was average had to girls arguing outside my room for 2 hours in the midddle of the night but thats nit thé hotel’s fault

we took a room for 5 persons, space was OK but the room is clean, comfortable, we had things in the Ref. for free, coffee and tea too, mattresses are great, staff was super nice. The location was OK to us but the bright side that it is quite if you would like to sleep alot, btw you are in Paris, dont sleep.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful for sorting out taxis and recommending nearby bakeries etc. Bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful, what more could you want

There was no endless supply of complimentary champagne and caviar, shocking I know

Location was good. The metro was nearby (within 3-4 mins by walking). There are also many nice restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The room was clean. The staff were nice-They provided early check-in when I requested in advance.

The room was quite tiny.
